My food came out in a box. If I wanted to eat out of. To go box I would have had it delivered to my hotel room. I also had to pick the pizza up with my hands. We wernt given a pizza scoop. There’s no salt only pepper. I’ve never been to a Pizza Hut like this ever. Our bacon cheese sticks wernt even cut I had to cut them with a plastic butter knife myself.

Ordered online. One of the two pizzas was clearly not what we ordered. When I called in, the guy said he could remake it but that they were out of mushrooms. He said he could give me a credit and then he hung up on me. I called back, he apologized for “accidentally” hanging up on me, told me I had a credit without explaining what that meant, AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I’m posting this instead of going down there and forcefeeding him this pizza I didn’t order. Calling corporate tomorrow. Avoid this place like the plague.

I recently visited Pizza Hut and tried both the BBQ Chicken Pizza and the Supreme Pizza, and let me tell you, they were amazing!
BBQ Chicken Pizza:
The BBQ Chicken Pizza was a delightful surprise! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The BBQ sauce was tangy and sweet, complementing the tender, juicy chicken pieces beautifully. The red onions added a nice crunch, and the blend of cheeses was just the right amount of gooey goodness. Each bite was packed with flavor, making it an absolute must-try.
Supreme Pizza:
The Supreme Pizza lived up to its name! Loaded with a generous amount of toppings, it was a flavor explosion in every bite. The combination of pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms was perfectly balanced. The crust held up well under the weight of all the toppings, staying crisp and delicious. The cheese was melted to perfection, and the tomato sauce tied everything together wonderfully. This pizza is perfect if you’re looking for a hearty and satisfying meal.
The staff were awesome, very helpful. I do recommend.

Paid $24 for a pizza and it was incorrect. I would’ve taken it back but live over 15 minutes away. Very sad and disappointed in Pizza Hut in Columbia overall. Glad my order was checked for accuracy.

We ordered super supreme thin crust. It was delicious! The place needs some cleaning. I used to work at fastfood and I can tell that their soda fountain needs to be deep cleaned. Soda tasted bad. Their restroom was a mess. Food was good but you’ll doubt how clean it is.

I just left this Pizza Hut, an hour before a Friday Chiefs game, so I knew it would likely be very busy. There were lots of orders and cars, but these guys were working so hard to stay ahead. They were hustling to get orders finished and polite in the process as well. I felt the need to recognize it on a busy night!

my family ordered a pizza and wings for dinner but i forgot to add ranch. when i asked about it, the manager brittany, said she could get me one without hesitation. with a smile on her face she handed me a box with the ranch that said “have a blessed day.” it’s the little things that can easily put a smile on your face. 10/10 customer service!!

The environment was clean, the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly.
Marcus went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible, even though they have been super busy all day.
Definitely recommend this location.

My daughter and I went to Worlet Pizza Hut, we had a great experience. I worked in restaurants 45 yrs. of my life and I would love to have this staff work for me. They were very efficient, friendly, and helpful. They greeted every person that came in the store.
I worked for the corporate stores years ago. This store was a very clean store. The owners should be very proud of this store. I will be going to this store again.
