I was amazed by the environment at this Burger King in the Framingham area. Yesterday was a snowstorm, yet the floor was super clean and tidy. Highly recommend it to anyone heading toward I-90—grab a burger and their French fries to go! Their fries are super crispy! Thank you for the great food and friendly staff!

Reasoning behind the crappy rating was the crappy manager that was on shift. I ordered food for my family and was prompted to go through the drive thru to pickup which was a first, I got to the 2nd window and I got handed a drink tray with 2 drinks when 3 was ordered , the manager got loud and decided to tell me what was on my order when I even confirmed I had 3 drinks ordered and he still refused to give it to me. On top of that he “reassured” me probably 5+ times that everything was in the bag and there was absolutely nothing missing. I live not too far from the location so I waited till I got home sat at the table with family and was missing an entire meal. That meant someone at my table couldn’t eat.

Missing the sauce added to the mobile order.
The cherry on top was the disrespect towards my honesty of items I paid for. Burger King do better. Also get that manager on indeed asap.
****this is also the 3rd time in a row stuff has been missing from my order, which is why I am going out of my way to make this review.

I am updating my (below) review after the shocking, horrendous way I was treated here tonight.

I wanted to look at the drive-thru menu for a few minutes after I had ordered to familiarize myself with it. It was late, and no one was behind me. The (older, female) employee taking orders (who hadn’t been nice from the get-go) kept playing games with me asking, “Can I take your order” (knowing I had already ordered — and I had explained why I was sitting at the menu for a minute). She continued to pretend that she thought I was “a new customer” saying, “Can I take your order?” She was messing with me. But this done disrespectfully/to force/control me. Then, she actually came out the back door and began to harass me.

I asked the younger female employee at the window why I had been harassed. She responded, If you want to look at the menu I suggest you come into the lobby and take a picture of it.”

I am a customer. If I want to look at the drive-thru menu for a few extra minutes and no one is behind , I can do that.

I was so upset at this utter disrespect from both employees that I spilled my cup of ice. I told the Manager what happened and asked him for another one. He insisted I pay for it. I was shocked. I asked, “Have you heard anything I’ve told you?” He ignored me and continued to insist I pay for the 2nd cup of ice, acting exactly like the older female employee who had caused all this trouble.

I am very disappointed at this experience, as this was my favorite Burger King. I no longer feel comfortable patronizing it, as there is something VERY wrong with this nighttime manager.

This burger king used to be good but recently when my family and I went there we ordered an impossible burger and wanted to add a slice of cheese with it but instead they refuse to add one and added two but then charged us 70 cents. When we ordered soda it tasted like sparkling water but with no flavor literally just tasted like water. And after they charged us $0.70 for two slices of cheese they only ended up giving us one slice of cheese and still charging us. Look at the photo to see the slice of cheese, such a ripoff

This is best Burger King I’ve ever been to food is always hot and fresh, cooked perfectly. I’ve never had undercooked fries here. the people are so nice and they have simply Heinz ketchup packets

I’ve been visiting this Burger King for years. Today I encountered a really rude employee. The employee in red circle in picture below.

I ordered my food online. Order number is 34. When I got to the restaurant, my food is already sitting on the pick up counter. I was standing there, with receipt displaying on my cellphone, waiting for someone to simply hand my food to me. And then this employee walked over, get order 36 ready, and called 36, and he’s standing there, waiting for 36 to pick it up. At this point, I politely said to him, number 34 please, showing him the receit on my cellphone. He pretend he didn’t heard me, then called 36 again. I didn’t say anything anymore. After 36 was picked up. He picked up my food. Called 34, and pushed my food 4 ft to my right, although I was standing right in front of him.
