Absolutely awful. We had to wait 30 mins while the crew was taking orders from everyone but us. They were telling us to move out of the way so that they could get the people behind us. Eventually, when there were no more white people, they then took us and then they took their sweet time putting the order in and they still got it wrong. The staff kept giving us weird looks as we waited, and as we put in our order and it made us feel very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that we ran into this problem. Today we ordered the same thing that we always do. I ordered a spicy chicken bowl with extra spicy chicken inside of the bowl and my friend ordered a chicken biscuit sub the bun and add lettuce and tomato. I also order three salsas and he ordered two mayonnaise and one ketchup. He did not get chicken inside of his biscuit I did not get my salsa. We had to tell them three different times to put three salsas in the bag. We were then told we could not eat inside so we took it to go. Upon coming home, we find out that there was no chicken inside the biscuit. There was no salsas at all and there was no extra chicken. You combine this with the fact the staff kept telling us to wait and give us weird looks and prevented us from eating inside and it truly was a terrible experience. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to in my entire life stay away

I ordered using my points, I ordered a grilled chicken deluxe with a gluten free bun. I have a medical issue and it requires this. I got a crispy, gluten free bun, which is extra money. Which is expected.
We had waited already not eaten in 12.5 hours due to school and working . I was exhausted and so was my person with me. I just gsve them the chicken and have bread and some veggies. They did not take my points, so I had to pay full…. expected!! Just would’ve been nice to get a good suppe, Though not too cheap. The bun was horribly crumbly…. worst one I’ve ever had in 4 years.

We just had kale salads and waffle fries. Both were very good. The drive through service was great. It was very busy, but we got our orders pretty quickly and orders were correct. Easy access going northbound on highway 421.

We visit on Wednesdays, with a group 8-10 each week.
The owner usually stops and check on us, as well as the staff.

This is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been in. Professional associates, clean store. They all go above and beyond, getting you refills, taking your trash, I was politely ask 3 times if I needed anything else. This is the best store from the east coast to Indiana.

I always have an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A West Carmel! The team is so friendly and welcoming, and the service is always fast and efficient whether I’m dining in or using the drive-thru. The food is consistently fresh and delicious – the chicken nuggets and waffle fries are always a hit! I especially love how clean and organized the restaurant is, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by, they make every visit feel special!

I don’t remember the person name, but she was wearing a name tag marketing manager She helped me get my order and made sure different items were separated for my long hour drive. That was really nice of her and being professional about the whole thing!! If I didn’t live in Texas I would be back because she and the staff were really nice!! I just came for a visit in Carmel Indiana, by the way food was delicious
