Tonight was bad. I couldn’t remember the type of cheesesticks that I normally ordered. So the employee was confused and told me that they don’t add toppings on the cheesesticks. Yet they offer a bacon cheesesticks. Even the manager came off kinda with a sour attitude. I am seriously considering going somewhere else for Papa John’s. Be careful dealing with these people after midnight.

There is a guy and a women working tonight (11/5/25) and that guy needs to be fired immediately. He would do anything possible to provide terrible customer service and be as problematic as possible. He wanted something like $60 for what costs $20.45!! Buahahaha!! Nice try buddy and thanks for ruining my meal.
Your deals are location specific!!! He should honor your specific location’s deals when ordering in person.

Friendly employees. Great pizza. Papa John’s is way more delicious than Domino’s or any other pizza chain. We love all their crusts. Personally, New York crust is a good balance of thin crust that’s also filling. They even have plenty of signature vegetarian pizzas or make your own. They also give a complimentary garlic sauce which is awesome. Very reasonably priced and always consistent. They are open late night and the employees have always been courteous and punctual. There are lots of parking spots available behind the complex and on Lenzen street.

I live down the street and walk over and grab carry out every now and then. Never had a bad experience, the tracker updates me quickly and everything is fresh and hot when I arrive. Workers are nice, wish they’d have more deals online. But the few they do have are worth it. It’s not to bad of a treat when I don’t want to cook dinner. I always do the survey they send to my email for a free papadia. If you live near by I say it’s more then worth it for carry out.

Ordered by phone – used a coupon so I got a cheap pizza that way – no seating at this location. The “Works” was good – I think Mt Mikes puts more toppings on theirs….. But original crust here is better.

One of the worst pizzas from papa johns. The toppings are so sad. I was too hungry not to throw it away. It was mostly cheese. And I had double pepperoni btw, rest toppings were olives, green pepper and Italian sausage.
I went back to share feedback that I had such great experiences at papa johns but this is bad. The guy was very casual and said they put in as per measurements and thank you for your feedback.

Papa John’s they have a commercial $9.99 but they didn’t honor the commercial .. they mislead you once you are there.. What you going to do but get a pizza.. Even though you wanted what you seen in the commercial.. Terrible thing that is..

Overly expensive pizza honestly, not quite that tasty either. People at least seemed really friendly, although at times seemed not to have an idea of what they’re doing at the counter. Tried the 7 cheeses pizza, absolutely not as exciting as it would sound, but more importantly, for a pizza that was supposed to be super cheesy, it didn’t actually have enough like at all. Like go and grab a little Caesars for instance and it has a truckload of cheese compared to this, even in the standard version. So yeah, make of this what you will
