You can have your fresh, custom made treat in a cup, waffle cone or bowl. Or, blend into a shake! They make ice cream cakes. They have Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory chocolate candy, caramel apples, and gourmet dog treats! Their staff is friendly, and made our ice cream mixes perfectly!

Everyone was very nice and they had enough staff to handle the amount of people! Ice cream flavors are yummy and they even have some truffles, cakes and caramel apples at this one in case you aren’t in the mood for ice cream.

Pretty busy for a Monday night at 8:30, but service was smooth and quick. They are efficient at handling the crowds (we are a family of six in addition to all the other customers), and really friendly. We will be back!

We went to the Cold Stones in Birdcages few days ago. It was our go to store. We went in to redeem a birthday offer and use another offer. They were on 2 different phone #’s. We were not asked about putting a lid on the birthday on. I then proceeded to order 2 more on the second order. He said you can’t do that. I said why as they are 2 different phone numbers and paid for by 2 different people. He did finally do it. The cups weren’t full and also asked for 2 sugar cones. The cones were broken and I was charged for them (I knew there was a charge, but to give broken ones made me mad. He was there tonight when we went in again today. We walked out after I said we didn’t want him helping us because of the encounter a few days before. He asked why. I explained, and he agreed that it wasn’t okay. I said I would wait until someone else would be in. After we left we decided that we would go out of the way to a different location (Roseville) The treatment was much better and the cups were full like they usually have been before.

Such great ice cream. The staff is always fast and friendly. The menu options are pretty much endless and again the ice cream is amazing. They make their own on site and it is so creamy and full of flavor. I recommend the Oreo Cream.
Their birthday cakes are amazing as well.

We really loved this location. I forgot to get pictures. The staff was on point. Hooked my son up with a nice looking cone. My wife got a baby scoop. My daughter got a strawberry and banana smoothie. I got the milk And cookies milkshake.
