My partner and I shared our anniversary here and the entire team made it an absolutely magical night for us. When we arrived at our reserved table, there was already a card set out saying happy anniversary with handwritten congrats by the staff, which was such a sweet start! They also already knew about me being celiac and addressed it immediately, offering suggestions and being extremely reassuring. They were so sweet the entire evening and the attention to detail was honestly top notch. I’m not sure it could’ve been better. The service was impeccable and the food was to die for. Thank you all again so much for making our special night so special. We appreciate all the hard work you all put into it. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great experience!
Also I super appreciate yall being so accommodating to gluten allergies at a very pasta forward restaurant! I’m not used to having options or peace of mind at restaurants so this was such a relief!
(Also also the gluten free focaccia bread was AMAZING)

Lovely dining experience all around. From the atmosphere, service, food quality, and drinks- all was perfect. Could not have asked for a better way to end a girls weekend in Breck. Tom was our server and he was fantastic and very knowledgeable about all of menu. Our favorites were the pear and Gorgonzola salad, the scallops, and the espresso pasta??? YUM. I’ve never seen or had espresso pasta anywhere and it was one of the best things I’ve ever had. Will absolutely be coming back next time we are in Breck!

We have been to Radicato a few times and we leave impressed every time. The staff, atmosphere, and most importantly the food, are incredible. If you have allergies they have options that will amaze. Try the Limoncello, they make their own. I would mention names but they’re all amazing and I don’t want to leave anyone out.

We make a reservation every year on our annual trip and it never disappoints. We love sitting at the bar and enjoy the chefs selection with the wine pairing. Never thought hamachi could be Italian but was a beautiful first course. The whole meal was spectacular. Staff is so friendly, engaging and fun. Can’t say enough good things

After an unforgettable proposal dinner at Rootstalk earlier in the week, we visited its sister restaurant, Radicato, and somehow the experience was just as exceptional.
We sat at the bar and were immediately welcomed by Emma and Izzy, who delivered some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced anywhere. Their warmth, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm created an atmosphere that felt both elevated and completely comfortable at the same time. Sitting at the bar felt less like dining out and more like being welcomed into a community.
The entire team, from the host stand to the bartenders, servers, and managers, went out of their way to celebrate our recent engagement. They surprised us with a congratulatory card signed by the staff along with complimentary starter dishes and dessert, gestures that felt incredibly thoughtful and personal rather than performative.
The food itself was outstanding. Every plate balanced creativity with comfort, showcasing beautiful flavors and impeccable execution. Combined with the energy of the space and the intentional hospitality, the experience felt truly special from start to finish.
Between Rootstalk and Radicato, we experienced what hospitality is supposed to feel like at its very best: attentive without being intrusive, celebratory without being overwhelming, and deeply genuine.
These two meals are quite possibly our favorite restaurant experiences of all time. We’re already looking forward to returning – not just for the incredible food, but for the people who make these places so special!

Magnificently delicious, would definitely come back. Everything was amazing and they made a birthday dinner special. The ribs were a surprise favorite for everyone. Only downside was that it is very loud (music and guests) but worth it for the food.

Last night we celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at Radicato! The meal was absolute perfection from being sat on the balcony with gorgeous flower boxes and presented with complimentary bubbles, being met with a card from the staff all celebrating our marriage, and Robert our server took the absolute best care of us. Now let’s get to the food… we opted for the summer 5 course tasting menu and added the lobster saffron soprasine pasta dish. This tasting menu was full of balance and bright flavors. I happy sighed with every first bite of the 6 courses. The tasting menu was literally a symphony of tastes and flavors. The beets in the burrata salad were everything. The Hamachi crudo was the best crudo bite I have ever had, the melon added the perfect balance. The fresh truffle gnocchi was light and rich at the same time. The diver scallops ( freshly flown in from Japan every 3 days) were butter in my mouth, the sweet corn and the polenta created the perfect balance to star the scallops. I told our server Robert the problem with this quality of scallops is that scallops are ruined to me everywhere else. The lavender panda cotta was the perfect 3 bite dessert- the fresh lavender balanced with lemon was the perfect ending. We also very appreciated the complimentary anniversary dessert of biscoff ice cream. I highly recommend a visit to Radicato and do yourself a favor and do the tasting menu. My husband said this was a top 3 meal of his life. Thanks for the beautiful evening.
