Stopped here for a quick lunch. It was not busy at all and yet they still managed to not get our order correct!
The person taking the orders asked us to wait as she was sweeping! While it was not a long wait I am pretty sure her first job is to tend to the customers.
I asked if burgers were fried or flame broiled and that seemed to cause some confusion ♀️.
Food was cold by the time we got it all. Maybe they should stick to ice cream as they do a great job with that.

I was in the drive thru and asked if they still had the $7.00 combo she said NO! I get to the window and asked again the lady said no we still have it, would you like that I said yes! She comes back then said oh we don’t have it! Mind you this was Sat. I said may I speak to the manager! I asked when did it stop she said 2weeks ago I said that’s impossible cause I ordered it last Monday! She just looked at me! I still had my receipt! She provided me with her manager # . I have not called yet! Just get your store In Order. Please

If I could I would do 0 I would, the older lady working the register had to be the rudest person I have had to deal with in a long time. She ignored my family because as we went to order she told us to hold on then because we were talking waiting on her. She took the person behind us.
While the food is good, I will not be going to this one ever again. Dq still has my business, great baskets, but I will not be treated that way for no reason.

I left Texas to serve my country. Was gone a long time. There are Dairy Queens in other states but they don’t compare. My meal today was outstanding. Brought back many good memories. Judaea had the best smile and just made my visit more enjoyable with her professionalism and friendly manner.

I have been eating at Dairy Queen since the early 80’s. I have always loved DQ. My family and I were excited to have one come to Conroe. I want to be clear, this is a brand new store and the owner has to be completely absent from this store. The DQ in Conroe had to be the most filthy store I have ever eaten in. The new chair cushions have stains on them, all the floors were nasty and the tables were just gross. I had to go ask an employee to please come clean the tables so we could sit down and eat. The bathrooms were disgusting. I saw roaches crawling on the floors. My family and I will never eat at this location again. The owner ought to be ashamed of how their store is being ran. To own a DQ you should be proud and have a daytime and nighttime custodian that all they do is clean the lobby and bathrooms all day everyday. When you have a clean store people will be happier and spend more money. I will not spend another penny at this Conroe location. Absolutely disgusting!! Pictures are attached.

Tried the drive through and ordered the #9 tacos. When I got to the front of the line, the lady handed me the bag like normal. But The problem is they are tacos and they need to say sideways. So when I got home everything had shifted and the taco shells were cracked. I’ve gone to many Dairy Queen and this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem with them. Hopefully they get this sorted out.

I had a serious craving for a chocolate dipped cone, so I went to Dairy Queen—and wow, it hit the spot! The cone was cold, creamy, and the chocolate shell was perfect. Staff were friendly and fast too. It was exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be back next time I want a sweet treat.

Ordered 2 Large blizzards with dip cone chocolate and a Large reeces blizzard and Got 3 Cookie dough blizzards. Ridiculous i literally told her at the window what it was supposed to be when she read my order off and she said “Yeah i know”. And now wont answer the phone to make it right. Got charged for Reeses blizzard with xtra peanut butter cups and didnt even get it lmfao.
