This is the SLOWEST Biggby in town. The wait is always 20+ mins. Currently waiting to pick up my online order and I’ve watched 6 (yes, SIX) cars leave the drivethru because the line didn’t budge at all. Terrible to be turning away so many customers.

Truly the slowest biggby I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from. Drinks are okay but espresso tastes like they don’t clean their machine thoroughly. I only ever pick up a drink here if I’m out of coffee at home and have to reserve at least 20-25 min on a weekday morning to be in the drive thru. It’s in front of my apartment and there’s not a closer starbies so I’m stuck with you!

Quick, Friendly, Fresh and GOOD!
I had to stop over to a closing across the street and on the way I wanted to grab some drinks for my clients. A quick text with their order and less than 5 minutes later I brought them their hot Chai, Latte and Mocha. All I can say is YUMMMM. The clients were happy, the closing was a bit happier (who isn’t happy with a cup of some great coffee/tea?) and it’s always wonderful when the folks behind the window are super nice, friendly, efficient and know what they’re doing. I also love that there are two easy outs from the parking lot onto Centre Avenue (street lights make it easy to take left turns, go straight or make a right turn). Great overall!

Always takes at least 15 min to get through drive through. It doesn’t matter the time of day or the busyness. Almost seems like they’re just standing around in the back or have an extreme staffing issue. Never a great way to start my day.
