Genuinely shocked how some people are able to keep jobs… if you go into this location and have Harmony as your host I recommend you just walk out. It felt as I was doing her a great disservice by simply showing up to make a purchase. She looked incredibly angry that she had to help me and every request was met with a sigh and eye roll. Food service is a hard job I get it but taking it out on the customer is a hard fail!

So im sad to do this because the customer service here is always great. Never had a issue. Its the portions of food! Why am I getting a bowl with 3 GIANT heaps of rice!? My bowl was over flowing before I even added anything else with just rice. Ate mt bowl with my very small amount of chicken and I still have all this rice left! Why?? Im not going to full blame the store because 1. Like i said the service is great- store is always decently clean- and it could be chipotle telling them to do this idk i used to have 0 issues here until the last few months. Very disappointed…

(Ignore the way I open my bowls upside down) I’m not sure why this place gets a bad rep. I always ask for extra everything, without extra charge besides the protein, and they deliver with those big portions. I get 3 meals out of 1 bowl. I dont know how questionable the meat is, because I get the sofritas. It’s a safe bet that it wont give me any food sicknesses. I always go here. The people are friendly enough and most importantly hardworking. Good spot!

I smell MOLD as soon as I walked in. I noticed a strong mildew smell on the napkins and utensils, which was very off-putting. While the food was okay, I developed a migraine afterward, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the napkins due to the odor. This issue needs to be addressed, as cleanliness is essential. I’ll be dining next door at Mi Pueblo or elsewhere until this is resolved. I hope management takes a look into this.

I am an ER nurse, and during a very long night shift I ordered here. I ordered a chicken bowl with fajita veggies, tomato, sour cream, cheese, and a side of chips. I got a bowl with I think beef, rice, beans, and Lettuce. AND no chips. So I paid for a meal that was nothing I wanted, dry and missing things I paid for. Luckily had some soyr cream in the staff fridge at least. I am tired and extremely disappointed.

The best part of my first and only visit was the brand of bottled sparkling blackberry drink they carry. It was very good. When it came to putting together “The Garlic Guajillo Steak bowl” I figured I would get what was pictured in the board above counter advertisement . I was dead wrong. They look charge you pretty much individually for every item you have them put on. I asked for cheese then the young man behind the counter goes on the hunt for cheese then some guy from the back yells they are out of Queso? How can you be out of Queso? Steak was extremely chewy and not tender as advertised. The avacodo I had them put on looked like they just scooped it out of the avacado. One big ball of guac. The rice was decent as well as the salsa. The chips were a little bit more salty then I care for.

This is by far the worst Chipotle we have ever experienced. We door dashed 4 bowls and chips and queso. All of our bowls barely had anything in them. The tiniest sprinkles of lettuce on all of them. One of the bowls was supposed to have barbacoa but had no meat at all. My bowl had guac but it was brown and slimey….It also had stringy chunks in there. Very disgusting. The steak was dry and had tons of fatty pieces in it that was inedible. How is this location still in business. Also we ordered a large chips and queso but the queso was in the smallest cup you can imagine. Whoever is running that place needs to get fired or quit immediately. Terrible experience. I was embarrassed for my family relatives who i made the order for. Everyone was disgusted by the portion, quality, and outcome of it all.
