The Only thing good here was the Burger Ifb not for that I could’ve gave less, I mean, How hard is it to Prep a bun, put condiments on ( As asked ) pop a patty or two, Wrap & send it ‍♂️Seriously I mean it can’t get any simpler. Oh, the fry station. I forgot to mention the fry person is “The” Fry person! That’s it. You dunk fries in oil, salt & bag, that’s it. Point is, seems like a decent part time job right? Tell me then why these kids who work there are All are So miserable ? And confused? . Not 1 was smiling or showed any desire to be there at all. Felt very, Stale? I mean, like you just walked into some random persons house and Demanded their food. They were all miserable, un polie, not very helpful & if you want to make a slight deviation on the model burger, like ask for your buggers without buns, or No salt on your fries and watch happen from the staff. My point is, I didn’t feel like, “This place is great, I’ll definitely be back” Instead “Eh, The Burger & Seasoned fries were Very Good Was my first 5 Guys. Experience. But I’ll never come back to this location, which is unfortunate Because it’s close to my home. I don’t want to feel like I’m bothering you while you’re on work, your job is to make me a burger. To much of that entitlement, or I’m to good to do this job attitude A and be grateful to be getting work experience to move on to something better in the future or hey, stick with it become manager, I don’t know? What I do know is that you are working there. You do get paid and you did ask for that job. So the least you can do is smile, be kind take your job seriously, no matter the job.
Maybe try to have some fun while you’re at work. Within reason and company policy lol.
And be grateful again, you’re not making. $4.45 an hr. I’m just saying. To the Owners Food was Great, the burger was very impressive, was much bigger, then it seemed. Environment/Customer Service. Low moral, to say the least. So now I’ll have to find a new location & I can’t be the only person who’s Experienced this, which is unfortunate because I love good food & hate cooking after work sometimes & would rather grab a bite a few times a wk. Seems like a bad business model .

Facilities here were tidy and charming, with a Rubbermaid changing table and lots of space, no music but the faint distant sound of patrons cracking open and crunching free peanuts outside. Like gently stepping on autumn leaves.

However, there was a peculiar detail of a rubbish bin in the far corner by the toilet, instead of the usual expected location of next to the sink where the lack of a receptacle after handwashing and drying was deeply felt in the most hidden recesses of my heart. I still believe my trust in sink-adjacent waste bins can be restored with a combination of time and rebuilding a sense of trust through personal development and a growth mindset; the resilient spirit sallies forth.

In addition, pricey but yummy burgers/fries, free peanuts. Will return triumphantly to revisit, with renewed vigor and audacity, the restroom corner trash bin scene.

Came to Five Guys today to try the Cajun fries. They were very good, lots of flavor. I like the regular fries best, but enjoyed trying something new. My nephew got a cheese burger. I watched them cook it. He said it had a lot of cheese, and was easy to eat. The burger and buns stay together. I was happy he liked it. Complementary peanuts available. Fun experience!!

This place is top notch! Place was very clean. Food was great! I haven’t been here in years and the place is as good as it was when they opened. Love the Cajun fries , cheeseburger was great. I love how you can get your ketchup in a little container and the good quality napkins and plenty of them.

This five guys is always chaos. There is no order and the staff has no concern for providing customer service. I spend 20 minutes waiting for a milkshake while people who came in after me where getting their purchases first, and when I asked I just got an eye roll. I don’t think I will come back to this location.

Atmosphere: Typical, old school burger joint. As expected, nothing more, nothing less.

Choices: Single or double, 15 toppings… topping menu can be bigger… with smash burger opening up, I am curious to see how the business goes for the two expensive burger joints on the same street…

Quality: Great! Everything I had tasted fresh and delicious

Price: Considering that this is just a burger I am having, paying nearly $14 for burger, small fries and a small drink seems excessive. A combo price may be a good idea if they had one…

Overall: B+ (minus only for pricing and topping options)

Noone acknowledge us for a good 3 to 4 min. Got my order wrong and couldn’t return to correct it as I live far from this location. The guy making burgers kept pulling his pants up with his gloves on. Probably will avoid this location in the future.

It’s a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. One of the best burgers I’ve had in many years. The fries are also crispy and delicious!
