The food is often not made correctly if you ask for something specific on your order, but the most challenging part is the staff. I have been about 5 or 6 times and each time the staff make me feel like I am inconveniencing them, or that they are annoyed that they have to be at work. The trash can in the drive thru is often overflowing so there is no place to discard anything you need to get rid of.

I walked in and was told they were short staffed so it would be a minute before fore getting waited on. There were 3 cars in the drive thru no one in lobby. Once I had an employee to take my order as I paid I noticed hair in the sales counter . I filled my drink and waited. My receipt said 1:11. More people came in and ordered. After 20 minutes and second person getting their order that ordered after me I asked for my money back and left. I waited patiently but I had an appointment to go to. All I ordered was an he whopper meal. Nothing extravagant. Won’t be back.

I don’t normally order door dash but I decided to today and went to BK. They had a deal for double cheese burgers but I also ordered a chicken sandwich on the side I assumed with the works. The Crispy Royal or whatever and just look at this. Somehow the order got processed wrong and nothing came on it but what did come… It’s flat out inedible. Never ordering here again.

There wasn’t many crew so things took longer, plus they had just gotten their truck in. The food was good, though the whopper seemed to have less on it than usual. I also got the Buffalo wrap, that was good, not super spicy. Onion rings were good, they just came out of the fryer.

Literally the WORST experience I have ever had at a burger king!! We had to tell him 9 times thru the drive thru what we wanted and then they still got it wrong and had to fix it at the first window then they gave us the WRONG food! Once we finally got what we ordered the sandwiches had hair all in them!! I will never go to this burger king again

I’ve given this location likely 20+ chances and every one of these times besides a couple miracles my order has been incorrect, the wait is longer in the empty drive through than it would be inside, and they cannot seem to follow the most simple special order in the world “plain”. Their idea of plain seems to always be let’s print it on the receipt that’s ON the burger and let’s put everything in our arsenal on it. Funny enough for the first time they decided to gift me an extra 2 patties. My plain double turned to a quad loaded burger. If every meal is going to run you around $20. At least provide what’s being paid for. Thanks.
