Restaurant is clean. Food is good. Staff has play park closed. They had no spoons for the ice cream. Soda machine is out of order. Only one that works is behind counter/drive thru area. No sweet tea.

The workers are so depressing. Not a smile or a greeting. Managers are rude and ignorant.

There’s an enormous billboard that only says they have clean restrooms. That may be the only good thing about this place. Customer service is horrible especially the drive thru. Their attitudes can put you in a bad mood almost instantly.

This is the second time I order there and both times the cheese is cold like it came out of the wrapper. The burger itself felt under cooked and the order was not the way I told them. I will have to start going to pharr to get a hot burger. The other thing is I was the only vehicle there ordering at the time. I hope they get their act and service together.

To the franchise owners, a bit of advise, change management, it all rolls downhill. The attitude is terrible, no English is spoken, they don’t seem to comprehend what your order is! I understand that this burger king is right next to the border but they need to speak english to the customers when they are ordering,not all customers are gonna understand some are literally white ppl that don’t understand Spanish and we are not in mexico.Literally the cashier’s full on Spanish not one word was said in English when taking the order.smh.
