they raised their prices and dont have enough rewards or specials. I got the family meal (one shrimp upgrade) and 12 wantons it was 61$ very steep for the quality you get. the shrimp was old and doughy, falling apart and hard. The beef broc had also a funny taste like it sat a long time and got reheated. and the teriyaki chkn has so much fat attached to every bite it was half the container. very very disappointing bad and expensive. I will not eat here again in 2026 its going on the list of bad places bad ingredients bad quality youll be sad to spend your hard earned money. for the price it could of at least been fresh.

The food here was honestly the worst Panda Express I’ve ever had in my life. Everything tasted old, dry, and poorly prepared. You should seriously consider replacing the cook immediately.

Cashier Hailey at the Santa Fe Springs location should not be working the front counter. I placed an online order and went in to pick it up. While I waited, Hailey finished helping another customer, then looked directly at me, turned around, and completely ignored me no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a simple “I’ll be right with you.” She then proceeded to ring up another customer without saying a word to me. I eventually had to ask another employee in the back for assistance, and only then did Hailey finally help me with noticeable attitude. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience

Bad Service staff! The serving first guy on the line in black tshirt was so rude and did not help me and treated me like total disrespect, I was very bad when you get bad treatment when entering a restaurant . Later another staff Victory helped me with my order . I guess the stars are only for his help. I got two bowls from here but totally not worth it as the bad behavior ruined my mood.
