I placed an order online for pickup, took me about 15 to get out of my house and a 6 min drive up there. It’s about 11 when I get there and placed my order around 10:35ish. I opened the doors and they were locked and I was tugging pretty hard I felt like and even tried to push, couldn’t open the door. Nor did I see ANYONE, And the sign was off. And my app was not updating me on my order. I sat in the parking lot for about 10min on the phone with a girl who COULDN’T speak any damn English and she’s just saying “mmmmmmmmk” to everything I say. I left and drove 10ish mins to a whole other Little Caesars and walked in and got my food and left within TWO MINUTES ONLY TWO. I get home and get comfy and check my app and it’s “just in the oven” at 11:19. Honestly they can keep my money and order what a waste of my time DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR SELF THE STRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I did verify online that they were “open” and that I had the right address. I DID)

Order was stolen by doordash that was originally placed. Waited an hour. Called in and spoke with the girl on duty. She was very kind and told us she handed our order to the doordash driver herself and there are many occasions food is stolen by them. She felt very bad and made us a new order that we picked up ourselves and tried helping by not charging us but we wanted to pay. She provided amazing service and was very kind. I wish I knew her name.

Places to sit and wait inside. I went in at about 1030am and they were still making to hotnand ready cheese. My pizza was fresh put of the oven. The only negative was in some spots on the dough when they stretched it out was way too thin so the amount of sauce they put on, made the pizza crust collapse and wasn’t able to eat it like a slice normally is eaten. Maybe a little less sauce. Other wise my chesse and two 20oz sodas wete $16. I’ll go to this

Excellent on the Special Order Pizza. But the Garlic Parmesean Wings were abit off. Like the needed abit more time in the oven. The girl working was sweet & very helpful with me. The Ranch Sauce is definitely overpriced. Will buy at the store from now on. Great location.

You guys need to answer the phone. Multiple times on multiple different days I have tried calling the store to speak to someone due to you guys getting my order wrong 5 times in a row, and nobody ever picks up. I was left on hold for a straight 15 minutes one time. Get it together.

Usually dont have issues with this location, but attempted delivery, and was definitely disappointing. Incomplete order, delivery driver didnt speak English, took food back, got what he thought was the rest of the order, and still definitely incomplete. No answer calling the store, 1800 number also wasn’t any help.
