We love Papa John’s pizza. But tonight was the third time we ordered it and it came delivered looking like a nascar driver was running corners to get it to our house. I’ve called to let the store know and other has been done all three times to make it right. Half the pizzas are folded over onto the other half. Pretty sad.

Every single time I have ordered here something is wrong with my order this time I have an extra wide ring of crust I can only assume is from them being cheap and not adding enough toppings to cover the pizza the wings I ordered barley have sauce on them and of course the 20 Oz pops I ordered are room temperature I’ve absolutely had enough of this place and will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!! THE WORST PIZZA SPOT IN ANGOLA BY FAR!!!!!!!!

3/7/25 Placed an online order for carryout around 6:15pm, 2 medium 2-topping pizzas, to be picked up at 7:45pm. We arrived right on time and waited just a couple minutes as they were boxing up our pizzas. It was a little chaotic in there, but it was Friday night, so that’s expected. The employees we personally spoke to were nice, everyone was working hard, the place was clean, and our order was correct and fresh. Topping placement needs a little work, but it’s a new location and there’s a learning curve! No big deal at all. We had a great first experience and will be back!

This newer location is the first Papa John’s we’ve had close enough to buy from, which is about a 45 min drive. My husband & I decided we wanted to try it out since it’s been decades since the last time either of us had it. After I ordered my pizza, I got on here and saw how this location had a 3 star rating out of only 28 reviews. I was a little worried I would regret my decision to buy pizza from here, but my experience here was pretty decent. It’s your typical chain restaurant pizza. It’s definitely not our favorite pizza, or even in our top 5 favorites list, but we expected mediocre pizza and that’s what we got.

The pizza’s were massive and hot.
Our Alfredo sauce based pizza was good and I’d probably order it again, and the works pizza we ordered, we would probably never order again, because it wasn’t our cup of tea and lacked the flavor we thought should be there, but it was edible.
The drive thru was super convenient and my pizza was done when they said it would be. I was in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes and the girl behind the window was super nice.
I ordered on the app and got 25% off, which is a huge bonus.

First of all I’m super excited to see Papa John’s return to Angola.
Today I placed an order and it was ready shortly after I arrived. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. In fact, an elderly couple was in front of me and the young gentleman that was waiting on them was so patient and kind to them with their order. It was refreshing to see his kindness in such a busy world. The pizza was perfect also.

Got a delivery order all for them to leave my 2 liter and marinara sauces behind. I waited a hour for them to bring my stuff that I ordered that they left behind and ended up having to drive to the store which defeated the whole purpose of having it delivered. The pizza and bread sticks were not even that great for 40 dollars and then having to waist my fuel to top it all off. Will not be ordering food at this place again. I miss the old papa John’s. Kind of sad that we pay top dollar for sub par food when I could have went to a decent sit down restaurant for that kind of money.
