As event and wedding planners, we can’t recommend Honey Bean Bakery enough! Vanessa is incredibly kind, creative, and experienced – it truly shows in every detail of her work. We’ve had the pleasure of working with her on several events, most recently a best friend’s wedding. She was responsive, thoughtful, and a joy to collaborate with. You can feel the passion and care she pours into each creation… everything is made with so much heart. If you’re looking for a talented baker for weddings or special occasions, Honey Bean Bakery is an absolute must

The Honey Bean Bakery & Coffee Cafe is a light filled and warm nook of a space that is filled with the delicious aromas of coffee, tea, and a case full of amazing cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, cookies, and whatever other baked delights are available that day – always something that can be checked in advance via their Facebook page. The owner and her staff are always exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are very often at area festivals and are in high demand for their focaccia bread, sugar cookies that are made in several different sizes and beautiful designs, among other treats. I also am a big fan of their stickers, small business coffees, chocolate, and other treats that are packaged and on display.

The honey bean has the best coffee & Chai in the area hands down! My kids love the baked goodies as well. And the owner and staff are always so friendly. It’s our favorite weekend stop!

Another quality coffee shop/ bakery. The food was excellent and they do have gluten free options but the owner was transparent that cross contamination can occur which is definitely appreciated. People with Celiacs can’t have that. The atmosphere is extremely book strong which is not a bad thing, the only issue is with so many books comes a higher need to clean the books and floor which was a little behind. Parking is a challenge at this cafe as well. We parked down the street at a church and walked a quarter of a mile to and fro because the lot was full when we arrived. But the walk was worth it. Good cafe, best wishes on continued growth.

We are beyond obsessed with the Honey Bean! We try to limit our visits to once a week and sometimes can’t even make it that long. Everything Vanessa makes is beyond delicious. The space is so lovely and so is Vanessa. The Honey Bean is truly a Southern Tier gem and we are so lucky to live nearby. Don’t miss this goodness if you’re in the area!

I’m very happy this place exists.
We got there close to close so my review may be slightly unfair.
The pastries were mostly gone and they were made well but imo overly sweet, same with the latte.
The owner and the employees are super knowledgeable and helpful and the space is adorable.
