Last night it felt like -6° and I didn’t realize it until I left the house of a friend biking home and thankfully the Oakland Wawa was in between and I was able to stop to get some more water. I was at the warm water station on the opposite side of the store that the ice was when I realized the water might be too hot for the plastic cup so I asked that person walking out from the back if the drink station had ice and she said I don’t know I explained why I was asking and walked away, took another glance in their direction and saw them all rolling their eyes at each other like I was being weird then tonight my fiancé and our friend go there at 1 o’clock in the morning. It feels like 1° out right now and usually they let our friend use his manual EBT card on this occasion they did let him however, he forgot the last number the cashier told them to go back and get the number right and come back and they could use it but when they came back, there was another cashier who said she could only do it if the original cashier who was the manager approved it she went and spoke to the manager, but my fiancé and his friend could see she was saying a lot of extra things in her face looked like she had an issue. The guy walks over and lies that he never said that So the Oakland Wawa manager the overnight manager, the guy let them put in the manual EBT then told them to go get the right number, so they rode their bikes back-and-forth in 1° weather just for him to lie in front of another employee and waste their time and have them in this awful weather unfortunately, I’m too familiar with how rude people at this Wawa can be. She is the employee with piercings and reddish curly hair. I hope the cashier. and her know that corporate will be contacted For their inconsistencies and poor customer service.

This wawa is great, shoutout to Erin! I had a doordash order and the dasher stole my food, and they were able to get me a proper replacement once I got to the store myself. Truly made an awful situation much better, this wawa is awesome. The smoothie I ordered (the item affected in the first place) was very good too!!

I ordered $16 in gas on my card. One attendant put my gas noozle in and the other took it out prematurely at $3.49.
I’m out my $12.51. Because it hasn’t gone back on my card and they also didn’t give me my gas.
The manager was a woman and she was also a liar. She should not manage a diaper change. She tried to make it out to be a problem with my card. The only problem with my card is that this wawa had it in their hands. She said it was my card because she saw Jason remove the noozle when it clicked. Instead of admitting that there is something wrong with the pump. Bare in mind she had already told me that It was suppose to be the only one working on that side but clearly it wasnt working either or theyre stealing peoples money from their cards.
And as far as the young white man with the long hair named Jason he put the noozle in and started it. The gas pump stopped and the young black man with no name tag on removed it and hanged it back up prematurely. She said she saw jason remove the noozle which was a lie. Because the young black gas attendant removed my noozle pre maturely before it reached $16.
Seems like a scam to me. I called cooperate and the corporate man said there’s nothing he can do on his end.

Clean bathroom the store is nice . People pumping gas they could use some advice on how to actually give customer service. Took me 20 mins for two people to pump my gas. I was 1 of 3 cars at 9 pumps. All I can say is wow.

They don’t like changing their gloves or washing their hands update they still don’t change gloves even after cleaning the counter off with chemical wipes they will handle food with the same gloves, I’m convinced the workers are a little slow I went in there 12/14 the girl made my drink left it on the side counter why the other worker walked by with the trash can and placed it right next to the drink almost touched the drink with the trash

They really are open 24 hours and some of the other ones nearby are not only not open 24 hours they aren’t even open when they say they’re open later at night so go to Wawa
