My pizza was tasty however I was jipped on the toppings. I ordered a Pepperoni Lover’s pizza and this it is straight up a regular pepperoni. Not good value. Too expensive for mistakes.

Honestly, we ordered on a whim. Drove by on the way to the zoo and I thought, ooh I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while, so on the way back we ordered for the seven of us. I ordered two large. If that was large I would hate to see what medium has become. But it wasn’t a problem because it wasn’t good. We paid extra for stuffed crust because the birthday girl asked for that. I could look clear through the crust to the other side where the cheese was supposed to be No cheese in it at all. There was basically no toppings to speak of and it had no flavor. Bread is cheap, yet you’ve even managed to ruin the crust by making it limp and somewhat soggy. No more nice buttery crust. The peppers were small nubs and looked frozen. I think the supreme was missing toppings. They made up for it by covering it with mushrooms. It was basically a mushroom pizza with a few sausages thrown on. The guy didn’t see we had ordered a bottle of water, we had to ask and when asked about glasses he said they have no to go glasses. We were treating the grandkids because of the birthday. They informed us later pizza ranch was the best. The nine year old boy who eats like a horse didn’t eat one slice Later their dad asked how the pizza was. I said awful. He said “yep, they’ve ruined it. Won’t go back, I would rather do dominos Half the price and better pizza”. We were right next to Aldi’s. For less than 1/4 the price I could have gotten two mama cozzi’s and it would have been better

A few weeks ago I ordered a stuffed crust pizza for delivery. The total came to about $27. Stuffed crust is one of my favorite pizzas, but this pizza was basically inedible. It was very dry, bland, and lacked toppings. It was so bad, I could barely finish one piece and the rest of the pizza went into the trash. It was disgusting. Total waste of money. I attempted to contact Pizza Hut twice and asked for a refund, but they only got back to me the first time with a generic email of apology, but no refund. I don’t plan on spending anymore money here, unless you right this wrong.

The behavior you exhibited over the phone was unacceptable. Your rudeness, condescension, and laughter at the customer’s complaint were disrespectful and disruptive. It is inappropriate for you to be in that position.
The low rating of this establishment is directly attributable to the poor management of this individual. If substitutions are necessary, you should have the courtesy to contact the customer in advance or before payment. Blaming the policies on the current owner group is unprofessional.
In today’s economic climate, consumers are more mindful of their spending. Your actions reflect poorly on this particular location

Terrible service. I waited the allotted time stated in the AP for my online carryout, went I the store,paid for my pizza……then they started making it! Why state a completion time when your not going to even start making it! Waiting over 30 minutes on a night they are not busy is absolutely insane. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to Scotty’s Pizza.

Lisa…. Absolutely unacceptable behavior over the phone. Rude, condescending, laughing at the customer over a complaint. Interruptive, disrespectful, disruptive, should not be in the position you are in. There’s a reason this place has 2.8 stars it’s because of this person they leave in charge. If they are going to do substitutions then you should have the decency to contact the customer before hand or before the customer pays. Then to blame their policies on their current owner group. Absolutely unprofessional of this particular location.

I love Pizza Hut- but am making this review just to help out the management team. I just put an order in online and accidentally forgot to put in the correct pickup time. I called 30 seconds after the order was made and asked if I could have the time changed to 7:15 ( it was currently 5:00) I was told no, the order is in progress and it has to sit in the warmer until 7:15. I understand this was my mistake so I accepted and was pleasant to the staff. However this is really disappointing customer service. I order from here all the time and just made a mistake. It didn’t seem like a big deal to accommodate on this one. I hope customer service improves in the future.

(Update, 10/1/24) – Lisa has gotten this place on track. Everything is perfect these days.
(Update 1-6-24.) They are out of all pizza crusts on a Sat night.
Called the store, was on hold for 20+ minutes, someone answered and then hung up. We really tried to give the new place a shot, but it is not working out. (Previous experience 12-19-23 ) Waiting in the pickup lane for 15 minutes is way too long. That pickup lane is crazy how narrow it is! Can’t wait to see how they are possibly going to plow that!

It’s been a while since I’ve had Pizza Hut and was thoroughly disappointed in the quality, especially for the price. $46 for 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks. The breadsticks were dry and the tiny cup of marinara for dipping wasn’t even enough for the order.
