I am not sure where the negative feedback is coming from, but we absolutely loved it. The ambience was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

We were visiting from out of town and found the building and location pleasant. During our meal we sat at table 36, just behind the fishbowl glass wall facing the kitchen. While watching the service, I observed the kitchen server — an older man wearing glasses — reach into a customer’s plate and remove food (fries) not once but twice. He ate them, right before looking around to see if anyone was looking. The plate had been placed up to be taken to table 51, and instead of handling it with utensils or gloves, he picked the fries directly with his hands – albeit it, he shouldn’t be eating food people paid for. Disturbingly, he also ran his fingers through his hair both before and after touching the food. This behavior was unhygienic and unacceptable, and it left us very concerned about food safety and staff standards. We did report it to the manager on duty.

The inside is comfortable with a modern/industrial design located on campus of UVM. A little pricey but the food quality is excellent. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the staff was friendly and able to resolve my missing home fries! The only unfortunate thing is there isn’t any dine in seating. Overall worth checking out.

If you’d like poutine that isnt a vegan abomination please get in your car and drive to montreal! They have good poutine there. The Crepe was wonderful and my girlfriend really enjoys the strawberry Nutella one. Price is fitting for a college campus full of broke college kids.

The front of house server yelled at me and said I was grabbing the wrong order and directed me to the “one right in front of me”. So I grabbed that one. It was in fact the wrong order. The pasta salad on the side was excluded / forgotten and the chicken caesar wrap was subpar, undercooked, oversauced and limp.

Ok so I really like snimmy pankake. Real much I say, but henceforth I have a concern. Look at figur A, and you’ll see that my friends fryes are like, cooked. Mind though, no. They were just potato’s no warm. What the flying grave. Other than that I think it’s cool. They took Mac and cheese off the menu. Also I want a refund now. Root beer was good.

I feel bad giving this place such a low rating because the food isn’t bad and the cooks are really nice but the front of house workers have some of the worst service ever. Most of the staff is nice, the cooks are usually super nice but the people working the cash register can be some of the rudest people ever. The one worker with the wolf cut and blond tips especially. I’ve gone multiple times and when she’s working and when I order she rolls her eyes and looks at you impatiently, zero customer service skills. Last she was leaving the dish washing room and she looked at me and the other people in line and said “Why are y’all here?” while glaring at everyone in line. It’s just here though I’ve had another worker who when I asked for a milkshake cut me off and very rudely told me they were out. I’ve been a food service worker and dealt with insane rushes but that gives you no excuse to be mean to your customers. Especially when you take into consideration the person at the cash register/who’s taking orders here is rarely the one actually making the food while the cooks who have to make it are super sweet. It is so immature and unprofessional to treat customers poorly. I’m honestly surprised management has not done something about this yet because many people have similar stories about the rudeness of the staff at this location.

Not students but a couple of tourists and this place just happened to be near our hotel. Can’t say enough good things about how tasty the food was! We ordered The Vegan savory crepe and a sweet one which they were able to make vegan for us. Friendly service, and delicious breakfast. Appreciated!!

This review is no way a slight towards the staff or service! The staff at the university location are amazing and do excellent jobs. The service is good too, and I’ve had no issues with the staff at all.
My main qualm is with the pricing. It can be anywhere from 12-18 dollars for a single crepe, with the tip raising the price into the lower 20s at times. Whilst the crepes are generally good, the pricing is way too expensive given it’s a single crepe and nothing else (and the fact the primary customers are college students).
Again, nothing wrong with the staff but the pricing is ludicrous. Aside from the prices, the vibe is very good and it has tables to sit at.
