My order arrived later than quoted, the thin crust pizza was cold and not crispy at all. It’s so awful I wouldn’t even take a bite. It’s in the trash now. The delivery driver, Jordan, had a poor attitude and I regret handing him a $5 bill. The hand-tossed pizza is sub-par, but I was able to eat most of a slice. It has too much sauce and the cheese just slipped right off. I used the app’s ‘Delivery Insurance’ feature to report it and was offered a replacement pizza within a month. This doesn’t really help at all. It’s just a credit for the amount I spent on just that one pizza, not the $5.99 delivery charge or the tip. Then, I clicked to receive the credit and the site just scrolled incessantly, not processing. So, I don’t even have a credit. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this location to anyone. I’ll go back to Five Star Pizza.

I want to give a huge five-star review to Domino’s Pizza on Wells Road in Orange Park, Florida! Even though there was a mix-up with my pizza and the delivery was initially messed up, the manager/GM, Kendal handled the situation with professionalism and care.
She did an excellent job resolving the issue quickly and made sure everything was corrected. Her customer service skills, positive attitude, and willingness to make things right truly stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that really matters — and she went above and beyond.
Thank you for turning the situation around and showing great leadership. Because of her, I will definitely be ordering again.

A few days ago I ordered a thin crust pizza. It came to me burnt I tossed it being so angry. I then called the store to complain. The manager said he will remake my pizza. They guy comes to deliver the pizza requesting for the pizza that went in the trash. Not to mention the valet trash just came to take the trash. End of the story I never received my pizza to enjoy. Therescalways an issue. Either you gt a cold pizza, a burnt pizza or not enough sauce. I pretty much only hv the thin crust. When I request for a little extra sauce I was denied. Dominos sure has changed over the years.

I got the wrong order delivered to me and I called it in , the young lady was very nice and had a great attitude and fix my problem immediately. I loved her . 15 minutes later after calling I get a knock on door it’s my food but it was cold . I didn’t complain because my kids was hungry but then 30 minutes later I get my redo order I was confused but it was nice and hot . And both delivery men were nice and sweet. Thank you for being so kind to do what ever it took to get a customer like me happy and will continue ordering . Thank you

Just ordered dinner and got curbside, which is the first time I’ve used that with Domino’s. But it’s been a long day at work and I wanted to be lazy, lol. They had my food out before the quoted time and the girl was super sweet. I made sure to tip the girl the brought out my food and will prob use this service again. Love Wells Rd Domino’s. Thanku for making my day a little easier today (yes I snuck a little piece before snapping a pic )
