My husband and I stopped for lunch yesterday with our 3yr old son. While ordering our food, a woman accidentally dropped her drink on the ground of the lobby. She of course was sorry and embarrassed, but staff were so kind, reassuring, and mopped it up right away, making sure everyone else who walked in was careful of the wet floor. We ordered crispy tacos, crisp meat burrito, and of course the best tater tots! Although we do miss the salsa bar, I was so happy they had a list of salsa options and were super accommodating giving us all the toppings/ sauces we asked for. The food was delicious as always, and my favorite raspberry seltzer is served from the fountain! Thank you for the great date with my boys. We don’t live close so we come in whenever we can. Always worth it!

On Friday, June 6, my family of four went through the Senor Froggy drive-thru to pick up dinner to bring to a park for a picnic. We went to this Senor Froggy for the Bruchi’s options. As we were ordering, the person who took our order was very helpful. My wife got a classic cheesesteak, I got the chicken Malibu, the kids got smash burgers, and we got two orders of large fries to share. Unfortunately, the price quoted after we gave our order was increased once we reached the window.
When we got to the park, we were very disappointed to see that we had only been given one of our fry orders. With a family of four and after paying more than $40, it was pretty disheartening that there just wasn’t enough to go around. With that said, the side of fries that did make it into our order was delicious. The kids enjoyed their burgers too. However, our cheesesteaks just didn’t pack the taste and freshness that we have come to expect from the Bruchi’s brand. My chicken Malibu could best be described as dry.
Even though it was out of the way, we did go back to the Senor Froggy restaurant after we finished with our evening at the park to pick up the fries we weren’t given originally. Again, for the amount we paid, it just seemed appropriate that we were actually given the food we ordered. I went inside the restaurant to request the fries and the employee was very nice and understanding. She had the fries made immediately which I greatly appreciated. In the future, when we want Bruchi’s, we will go to a different location. I cut this location some slack knowing that they have three different restaurant concepts going at once—sometimes it is better to be great at one thing instead of average at multiple.

I want to call out first how friendly all the folks at this location are. And considering the wide and diverse menu and how long some things can take to make, I still get everything really quick here, and have never had an order be wrong.
Food here is always solid. If you like Mexican or want to get a sammich from the Brucci’s side of things, you will be please.
Place is showing its age a little, it at least it still has character, so I actually feel like this is almost a benefit.

As far as quick serve restaurants go, this is definitely one of the best. Even though they were training someone new, they got the orders we had correct, the food was hot and tasted great.

I usually love Senior Froggy but they need help. They’re hiring. Somebody please go work there. The soft taco was not as good as normal and the tortilla wasn’t even warmed up. The tator tots were not fresh. You could tell they’d been sitting in old oil for a long time. The restaurant was dirty and there was only one kid running the register. You can’t get your own sauces right now so you have to ask for hot sauce.

Wow we have been coming here for 7 years we love there Roasted Turkey but today was horrible we got a medium roasted Turkey and a large with no Mayo and tomatoes my daughter opened her sandwich and there was sprinkle of Turkey like it was the bottom of there Container and there to lazy to get more so screw these people so I opened my medium same thing.. i went up and took all the lettuce off and was like really a sprinkle of Turkey so she replaced but if this was a to go sandwich I would of got all the way home and saw this.. I don’t think we will be going back aging very disappointed 10/15/2022

The tacos used to be good. The last 2 times we ordered tacos they were horrible. Taco meat is not the same. Ordered 6 tacos. 2 had only meat and lettuce, no cheese or tomato. Taco meat seasoning is not the same. We won’t be back. We threw these in garbage.
