I had a chicken quesadilla here and boy was it hot and fresh. Homemade tortilla was so delicious, easily the best one I’ve had in a long time. The chicken was grilled, juicy and flavorful, and the cheese was perfect. It was served with sour cream and avocado crema. This is by far the best classic quesadilla I’ve had in Miami.

Tortilla House is truly a gem in Miami. In the 16 years I’ve lived in the United States, I’ve never found a restaurant that captures the authentic taste of home the way this place does. From the very first bite, I felt like I was back in Guadalajara, Jalisco, sitting down to a homemade Sunday morning meal with my family.
It’s rare to find a restaurant that stays true to the roots of traditional dishes, but Tortilla House does it perfectly. Every flavor, every detail, felt authentic and genuine. It wasn’t just food—it was a reminder of home.
The service made the experience even better. The lady who opened the restaurant that day was nothing short of amazing—fast, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about the dishes she served. Her warmth and energy added so much to the meal.
I can’t wait to return. Tortilla House has earned a permanent spot on my list, and I’m grateful for a place that brought me back to the flavors I’ve been missing for so long.

Cool taco shop in Little Havana. Food was fresh and good portions. Had a quesadilla and a rib eye taco to go. Owner was there and had me try their ceviche, which was great.

The best tacos I have had in South Florida hands down. I live up in fort Lauderdale and I have tried some Oakland Park and pompano Beach dogs but this has the juicest, tastiest flavors combined especially for their rib eye tacos. That is the must get! Right after a catching a Savannah Bananas baseball game in the nearby LoanDepot Park. I took a look at my saved bookmarks for the local must eat places nearby and quickly found a parking spot on Calle 8, walked over to this little store, I thought it was going to be bigger but we arrived about 15-30 minutes before closing as they were kind of cleaning up and ready to head out but we quickly made the order for quesadilla with chicken on the side, a taco de birria, the rib eyes tacos with blue tortillas, and when it all came out. I can not believe how juicy the rib eyes came out and the seasoning on the chicken was also chefs kiss! If I am down in the area, I’ll definitely stop by again to try out their flautas and grabbing another rib eye tacos because wow. That was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

I loved these tacos. It’s so hard to find good tacos in Miami and I’m so happy that this place exists because THESE ARE THE BEST TACOS IN MIAMI. They’re so good. I love the aesthetic of the place as well. It’s very intimate but the attention to detail with the plating of the food was very appreciated. Not only did the food look good but it tasted even better. My fiancé loved the cochinita but my favorite was the ribeye. Will definitely be back routinely for some of these tacos. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu.

I don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. It’s incredibly expensive for tiny little tacos. I should have taken a picture with one in my hand so you can see just how small they are. The $6 shredded beef taco tasted off like the way you might expect canned dog food to taste, if you were to try it. The pork taco surprisingly didn’t taste much different. I think the flavoring is just oil and salt. Who pays $5 for a can of Coke? I can see why they were completely empty at lunchtime and I should’ve known it wouldn’t be good when they ask for payment and tip before you even see the food.

My wife and I are always on the lookout for great Mexican food, and this place exceeded our expectations! We tried all the tacos, and my favorites were the Birria and Barbacoa. The tortillas are made fresh in their kitchen and are as authentic as it gets—absolutely amazing. The variety of salsas was fantastic, each one packed with incredible flavor. They even sell the tortillas by the pound and the salsas, too!
My wife ordered the quesabirria, which was absolutely delicious—it ended up being our favorite dish of everything we tried.
We still had room for more, so we ordered the flautas (three per order: cheese, potato, and chicken), and they were all equally tasty.
We can’t wait to return and try the chilaquiles, and we’re definitely planning to stock up on some of their frozen packaged birria to keep on hand. Highly recommended!

Absolutely disgusting. Got a quesadilla drenched in oil filled with pork fat. Not even pork. This establishment should be closed. Una cochinada!

We were planning to have lunch with family but is a small place with just a few sits in a small bar (no room for grandma’s wheelchair. So we just order to take out a snack. Chicken quesadillas 10/10. The tortilla was AMAZING. Definitely come back for takeout and try the whole menu.
