The hours posted are wrong, it’s not 24hrs, drive thru is 5am-12am, and inside is open 6am-10pm, Google won’t correct the hours. One big plus is they’re not stingy by removing the soda fountain and charging extra for drink refills like some other locations. It’s safer to order inside via the kiosk if you want a correct order, I advise against the drive thru because they get orders wrong, especially in the evening. Use the kiosk inside, machines don’t mess up orders, humans do.

I ordered a double quarter pounder but they give me just a regular quarter pounder and I brought it back to them, but the manager said because you already started eating it we can give you only meat. What kind of treatment it is I have seen this manager before she’s so rude. I would never recommend this place for anyone. It’s disgusting.

Went last night they were not busy. I ordered 2 meals and was asked to drive around to wait. Waited 10 minutes and drove back to drive through fries was cold and not fresh. The manager was not kind and not applogetic a bit rude. Got home and the nuggets were not fresh.

The food particularly the nuggets tastes like cigarette ash. Was a lingering taste on every item. And I do not smoke. All 3 of us tasted and do not smoke. Food was inedible. I do not recommend this location.

man idk what it is with the managers they hire at this location but every.single.turn around is another aweful one waiting lmao i’ve worked in customer service my entire life and have served my community greatly, it’s really NOT that hard.
edit: WOW looking at the reviews, seems like i’m not the only one disappointed BY FAR. I ALWAYS check my bag before i pull off, ALWAYS! and today, the sauces i ordered off the app were an issue. god i cannot STAND rude customer service workers, most regular people are so nice so when i come to them with my issue in a nice manner and they’re off the bat rude my brain almost can’t compute fast enough what the issue is lmfao they’re immediately feisty, rude, and stuck up and i believe she’s the manager. pretty much as bad as the last manager they had. don’t go here, go the extra distance to sunset mcdonald’s or even grady way. save yourself from the fumes coming out of your ears as you leave lol

The morning crew must not receive proper training. My orders are regularly WRONG. Since a lot of my ordered are placed 3rd party they can not verify a sealed item. And I’ve just donated money because I can not compensated for the mishap. DO FREAK’n BETTER!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They mess up my order EVERY TIME!!! Either forget a burger or don’t put sauce, or add onions when I say no onions. Shakes are always runny. Terrible service
