Ordered a pepperoni pizza, and some crazy bread, this is how the pizza turned out. Had to pick majority of the meat off bc it was more meat then anything else. The whole bottom was covered in grease which stained table and bedding. Never had this issue at any other locations. Except pizza to be a little bit greasy, but not dripping in grease. The pepperoni was slapped on in layers of 5 all towards the center of the pizza, with sauce only being at the top of the pizza. Had a long day working on cars and shouldn’t have to bring a pizza back when it wasn’t made properly the first time.

Came here the other day and I’ve been coming for years, husband too and this is the first time a order of mine has been wrong no problem I ask them to switch and they did but take wayyyy longer then normal and they look understaffed where do they all go, used to be nice now they act like robots no one I usually see is there they rarely ever have hot and ready they said they’re only allowed to keep a certain amount now and people buy so many at a time never enough ready I always get my cheese pizza and just go I had to wait 20 minutes for just one pizza. I would hate to see my favorite easy spot for dinner go, hopefully we get it together.

Trash, just like the other federal way little caesers so rude and have to wait forever. Thanks you ruined cheap pizza for me good thing dominos is across the street. Tired of waiting years during a dinner rush just for one pepperoni pizza. 2nd time this week never happened before , I seen new workers obviously they don’t know how to work , lazy if there’s going to be a rush then prepare for it , you advertise hot and ready for a reason.

I have ordered the meat lovers pizza from this location for years; now they literally cut in half the amount of toppings and cheese the overload it with sauce and so your left eating mostly dry crust and too much sauce! They gave me the wrong pizza! I ordered the slice & stix. With pepperoni & Canadian bacon. I got a Canadian bacon & pineapple pizza.Then they wouldn’t answer there phone! I called like 5 times. They kept answering it and hanging it up!

Would be one if it wasn’t for the wings, literally just ordered from doordash and I have not one but 2 pizzas that is literally riddled with bubbles and not small ones either. One slice is completely covered with a giant bubbles except for an inch and a half. I measured because I was stunned on how big it was as someone who worked in the pizza industry for both of my starting jobs. I normally don’t write these because I hate getting people in trouble as a 20 yr old who understands minimum wage jobs can be tough but Jesus, this was awful. There was also a very minimal amount of not only cheese but sauce as well. Keep a better eye on the pizza when it’s cooking and pop the bubbles. This should’ve been remade, not sent out.
