I’ve ate here multiple times before writing this review. The food is good and worth trying for yourself. It’s crazy to see the comments after eating one time or because she didn’t say hello at her grand opening with crowds of people being present. You would get cold fries from McDonald’s and still keep coming back. This establishment is needed in the Clifton Heights area and is worth supporting because the food is good. When she first opened she sold full wings, and now they’re wings dings. Its listed on the menu. I think the wing dings are better (most of you weren’t eating every part of the wing anyway). You’re not missing anything. The mac and cheese is good. The yams are good and does NOT taste like a can. Go and try for yourself. I’ve never been disappointed. Oh and parking is NOT difficult because there is a FREE lot on the same side as the restaurant.

I wanted to leave a review for Mrs. B’s Catering because the moment my food arrived, I knew I made the right choice. My food came fresh, hot, and presented with care like someone in that kitchen actually respects their craft.
The fried catfish was crisp, seasoned perfectly and full of flavor. The mac and cheese? Rich, creamy and comforting in all the right ways. And the cabbage simple, soulful and surprisingly good.
I saw the questionable reviews but I’m grateful I trusted my own intuition instead of letting negativity speak for me. My experience was genuinely satisfying. This place is easily a 4.5 out of 5 and deserving of far more grace and appreciation than it gets.

I’ve had her food when she was home based and now she has a restaurant the food has been consistently the same. This time I ordered my food through door dash. I order fried catfish mac and yams. They were good my food arrived still warm I just popped my fish in the air fryer and it was good to go. I would give this food a 9/10. Fish fried perfect Mac was good not too cheesy and yams were good not too sweet.

I was hoping that the food was good so that I could leave a good review. We ordered two platters: catfish with mac and cheese and collard greens; the 2nd platter was wings, collards and yams. We also ordered seafood salad and cornbread. Total $64.00. When we arrived home we were expecting whole wings. Instead they were wingettes. When most people order a platter with wings; they expect actual whole chicken wings. The greens were tough. The mac and cheese was not good at all. And the yams tasted like they came out of a can and were doctored up. The seafood salad was bland with hardly any seafood. Lastly the owner did not greet any of us when we first entered her establishment. We were hoping for a better experience. Sad to say it was not.

Yall please go support this food is so consistently good. Mrs. B grand opening is September 14th. She also does catering and she puts so much love and energy into her plates and food. The platter came with two pieces of catfish but I had already ate one before I took this picture. The turkey wings are amazing as well as that seafood salad and collard greens.

I honestly expected more based on the instagram reviews. I was excited to try the food and I definitely look for opportunities to support black businesses. Upon entering it was very cold and the atmosphere was basic. I was greeted with a smile. When I got home, the collard greens tasted like they were cooked in vinegar, not good. The baked mac and cheese was more like baked cheese and the taste was just ok. Seemed to be missing something, but the cheese just overpowered the entire dish. The fried fish was really dark, hard, had too much breading, and was salty. The taste was just ok. I was extremely disappointed. I took 2 bites of everything and was unable to eat it all. Lastly, I used the bathroom while waiting for my food and it was visibly dirty. The toilet was dirty, the tissue was on the floor behind the toilet, and there were no paper towels. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I do not recommend.

The cabbage is very hard & salty, the greens taste like a bunch of salt and so do the turkey chops smh its sad because the staff was nice to my husband but I am very upset over this $80 just to have to put it in the trash because of it being salty and hard. I can honestly say that the potato salad was very tasty but overall I am so upset about this and will not be coming back!

I bought two platters because I saw this restaurant on TV today On channel 10, so I thought I would go past and check them out. I bought two platters one a catfish platter with greens And baked macaroni the macaroni was average, but the catfish was over fried so crispy there was barely meat inside the greens was a little salty than I would’ve anticipated. The other platter with a chicken platter They only gave me three regular size Wings,Greens and yams the greens were very salty… for $25 a platter. I’d expected at least six wings at the lease, I was very disappointed I won’t be going back.
