Reviews
Atmosphere 6.6/10: While visually appealing with unique decor and various sections, the cleanliness was just passable, and the staff’s unwelcoming demeanor detracted from the overall ambiance.
Service 3.8/10: The lack of a welcoming vibe and necessity to request basic amenities like water made the service feel inattentive and inadequate.
Fresh Rolls 1.1/10: These were poorly prepared with sticky rice paper, which is typically a sign of over-soaking or poor quality wraps, making them difficult to handle and enjoy.
Pho 2.2/10: The broth lacked depth, and the low-quality meat was inedible, significantly undermining the authenticity and enjoyment of the dish.
Value 1.2/10: The overall experience did not justify the cost, particularly with the poor service and disappointing food quality, leaving a feeling of dissatisfaction and unnecessary tipping.
We got the fresh summer roll and the Pho Dac Biet. The summer rolls were soft with a delicious crunch of lettuce. The sauce was not as thick as some other places, but still quite delicious; sweet, salty, nutty. 5/5
The pho tasted good, not great. I felt like the more that I ate it, the more it tasted like the broth was a bit watered down. I was looking for a punch of flavor, but it fell short of my expectation. It was also a bit more on the sweeter side in my opinion. This was supposed to be the combination bowl, but I didn’t get any tendons or tripe, which was a tad disappointing. The broth had a nice color though. 3.5/5
Ambience was kinda awkward. The TV’s were on, but the volume was very low. It was quieter than I was expected. Decor was a bit more traditional but it looked fine. 4/5
I don’t know if I would make the trip out here again. I was really looking forward to trying a new pho place and was left disappointed with the pho.
We usually get seafood noodle soup, fried egg noodles with vegetables & protein, spring rolls, and iced coffee!
I’ve never regretted my dining choice there.
The food is always great, and the owner & the staff are always nice.
If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese comfort food, this is the spot.
