Burgers and fries and sauce is nostalgic 7/10 average some days worse and better than others . But my complaint is the 4 ice cold pastele lumpia’s I got from them. Absolutely trash. It was literally so cold and an absolute disaster and disgusting . Other than that I get it hard to care about food as a mediocre place but try to at least to make shitty food good.

Stopped by this place and it had 4.8 stars not many reviews but we gave it a chance. We ordered two homemade hamburgers with cheese. One was plain with meat and cheese only and one was deluxe. The girl even repeated the order back to us. We got our food and went to the car to eat it. The plain burger had all the fixing on it just like the deluxe, so we went back to tell them. The girl then argued with me saying we didn’t order that. Even when we told her she read it back to us saying plain with meat and cheese only. She then re-made the order but then the new burger had ketchup on it. Again had to tell them we want it plain with JUST MEAT AND CHEESE. She then begins to argue yet again saying I’m wrong and didn’t say that. She rolled her eyes and sighed and was very angry that I wanted my correct order. Ate the food finally and it was not good, meat had a weird taste and fries were soggy soggy soggy! One star cuz there dipping sauce was good

Same as other review. Asked for plain and even said no cheese, toppings, etc. He repeated back twice plain and I confirmed. Burger had cheese, onions, etc. Was for my son who didn’t want it.

Aisha was a horrible employee. No customer service present whatsoever. We tried to be nice and say hi but got no reply. Food also took forever for one burger and fries. I tried to match her energy but she didn’t like it. All in all she needs some training on customer service.

Customer service is at an all time low food sucks fries is soggy and burnt you never get what you order or even pay for. It’s not like the old place. I used to love to eat here as a kid now I know why there is never a line like the old days
