I agree completely with this review I also saw here “The food is good, the staff is good, but the majority of the drive up menus are broken which make it difficult to order unless you go to the drive through or order on the app. Also, all of the venues are crooked which also makes parking difficult.” The speakers and lot configuration (and price) are my only draw backs. Staff is always courteous and shakes are decent.

All good got our drinks for the ride home. Only thing is now when using the sonic app for the half off drinks anytime. You have to now go into your deals and click on the half price to get your discount. It does not do it automatically anymore I found this out when I seen it didn’t get my discount. She said it started may 28. But I did get the discount automatically on June 4th so I’m guessing they trying to switch over and the one i stopped at that day hadnt switched yet but make sure you go to deals and click the 1/2off from now on.

I like Sonic, but ordering on the App is a major mistake ! I ordered, was there 10 minutes later…..a half hour later, my order arrived. The code wasn’t right…none of them were and the bag with my cheese stick was sopping wet and cold !

Ordered in the app and got there 20 minutes later. There were TWO cars in total when I pulled up and numerous workers inside. Almost immediately when I checked in, it said my food was on the way, but took nearly 20! During this time, most of the workers were outside smoking cigarettes or vaping, and the place filled with customers. None of the workers moved. When my food FINALLY arrived, my kids’ meals were missing their juice. The worker told me he would be right back, but he walked to another vehicle and just started talking and laughing. My kids were screaming in the backseat at this point and I was getting quite upset. The worker went back inside and never returned. I pressed the red button numerous times before they actually answered me. FINALLY another worker walked outside and I acknowledged that the juice was for me, she told me I could wait and walked to another vehicle to talk and giggle with someone then brought my juice after a while. When she finally got to my vehicle, she told me I didn’t have to be rude and that they were busy. By the time we made it home, it had been OVER an hour and our food was COLD! To top it all off, my order was wrong! I have everything on video if anyone would like to contact me.

The kiosk I used on my last visit was not fully functional. I waited a long time for someone to answer. So I called out to a server who was outdoors to assist. He went inside and ask me to press the red button and I did the he repeated the request 5 times. So he decided to come out and do it himself. I was finally able to make request but the server inside kept getting repeating the order wrong. So the server on the outside went back in and he was successful at making sure my request was correct. What I don’t understand is that I always purchase the same thing but sometimes get charged different prices like the stock market. I am not pleased with that.

It’s shocking how incompetent the worker was who (bless her heart) attempted to take my order. She even gave me a total that was around $5 more than what she actually charged my card. I tried to communicate to her the error. (Which would have been in my favor but I’m not a thief nor do I try to take advantage of someone’s ignorance.) She just couldn’t “get it.” Then…when it became apparent that she was just not going to get it right…I canceled the order. They still owe me the little over $4 that was charged to my debit card. UPDATE: The $4.85 has been dropped from my bank account.

One of the managers Jasmine I believe her name is, rude , slow service , tried to order on stall 24 where I order everyday never any problems she acted like she couldn’t hear me kept making me repeat order still didn’t get my order nor did she send someone out to me to take order (since she so say couldnt hear me). I had to make an account on app to order a med tot and med slush and it literally took 30 minutes for them to bring me my order.. she is very unptofessional and i will not be going back to tgat location again
