Wow! Went to Sam’s to pick a couple of items. While there, my mom wanted to inquire about ordering pizzas for the senior center that she is the president of. I sent my daughter over to ask, but later decided I would follow behind to make sure I was given the correct info. While loading hotdogs and making plates, Ms. Brenda answered every single question that we had.
Why I am highlighting this superwoman? Because in addition to speaking to us, she went right back to working the register, making plates, and STILL ANSWERINGGG OUR QUESTIONS! All with a line to the door. Not once did she make us feel rushed or like we were a bother, she made me repeat back what i heard to make sure I understood the information given, but most importantly this lady never lost her smile!
So pleasant and friendly! Sam’s is so lucky to have you!

Their pretzels are SO good… so soft and fresh and warm every time! I honestly often go to Sam’s especially to go to the café and get a pretzel. the café in general, though, is yummy and VERY cheap! You can get a combo meal with food and a drink (I think pretzels, hot dogs, and pizza all have combos, but I could be wrong—at least hot dog combos and pizza combos definitely exist, though!) for VERY cheap… like, less than $3. The main issues are that 1) the café is not open for the same hours as the store, so it closes earlier and open later, and 2) they run out of food sometimes. It’s really disappointing when you come wanting a pretzel or a slice of pizza or something and they just don’t have them. The cashiers are sometimes a little unfriendly.

I have been shopping here for years but it has got to where when you go and just to get things you have always got there and you don’t want to get it anywhere else and you go in the store and they don’t have the things you came to get and they don’t know when they will get any.Today I had 5 items that I couldn’t get and so now I have to go somewhere else.This has been happening two many times.My sister shops at Costco and I asked her to check for me for the items I need and guess what they had all 5.
