I been coming here for years, if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food this is the place to come to. The carne asada plate is delicious and it comes with hand made tortillas. Very clean place to eat at and they always greet you with a WELCOME. I recommend it here 100%

Had the Costillas de Puerco plate, bomb AF, slow cooked chopped up bone in rib pieces with all these green chilies only thing that could make it better is if they doubled or quadrupled the meat portion. I tried the pastor sope also, was really bomb. Also this part of IE is really nice everybody is super friendly and there’s really good Mexican food in walking distance everywhere

I am not a local guide therefore I’m not sponsored, paid or endorse. My opinion is my own and it’s legit. The meal I had was the torta Cubana with Sangria. The meal was better than I remembered. My wifey had carne asada torta with everything in it. Chips & salsa was hot right off the stove. Gripes we have the AC was not running which made the restaurant warm in the 100 degree weather. It was like visiting your grandparents house for lunch. The dining tables were uncomfortable. Futbol is thier sport.

I had driven this place many times over the years and was always curious as to how the food was. About a week ago, I was in the neighborhood and wanted to try a local spot that I hadn’t tried before. The place is small with 8 booths for seating and has a salsa bar with complimentary delicious frijoles charros (I like to add some hot sauce and onion for enhanced flavors). I ordered the Asada Wet Burrito and I was instantly hooked. Burritos are big snd evenly proportioned with beans, refried beans and your choice of protein, each bite is soooo good. My son had the carnitas tacos, he expressed how they are so good. I definitely recommend this place. There’s a TV in the corner for entertainment. Making the drive from Pomona is definitely worth it.
