Why are they ALWAYS out of their products? Like always. They just for some items back in yesterday and ran out same day, it sounds like you should order more product right? I feel like this issue is mainly the Pburg location because anywhere else I’ve never had this problem and I travel for work. And I never get my cinnamon twists brag always gets left out. Figured I would throw that in there too smh lol

I never leave bad reviews but honestly I have spent a lot of money the past 2 times and both times I have missed half of my order and the food is either cold or soggy. Yes I understand working in fast food is rough but this place needs a step up or something. I went in person one night and sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes because they forgot I was there mid way through the order and I only know this bc they told me and laughed about it. Half of my order was also missing. The second time I ordered online and picked it up. Half of my order is missing again and the food I did get was cold soggy and stuck to the rapper. I wouldn’t be so upset but the items I was missing both times were the most expensive ones.

I ordered through Door Dash and ask for no lettuce on the tacos and chalupas and a Large Dr Pepper. When I received my order, the food was soggy to the point of the bottom was out of the tacos and I did not receive the large dr pepper. This is the last time I will order from there. The food is supposed to look appealing to the consumers. It’s far from it. I would not recommend this place to consumers. It’s a waste of money and time.

Dec 2025- Waited the usual long line, 35 min, only to hear “Uhhhhh we aint got no Chalupas or anything else that’s deep fried” Somebody from corporate please save this place. I have been just driving to Paintsville and avoiding it.
Aug 2025-If you like soggy wet bottom tacos that are broke in two already when you get them then THIS is the Taco Bell for you. If you like waiting a long time for these soggy bottom nasty things THIS is the Taco Bell for you. After a bunch of this nasty meat from the taco fell in the floor because the saturated soggy shell broke in half my sister’s cat walked up, smelled it, and started sweeping the floor around it trying to cover it up-TRUE STORY! Voted one of the worst ones in Ky.
Update May 2025: there are 12 cars backed up in the drive thru annnnd this is normal lol.
This Taco Bell is notorious for running out of things: tomatoes, taco shells, ground beef lol. Nice workers, just I usually ask if they are out of anything before I look at the menu to decide. Also request that your tacos, if they are not out of the stuff to make them, to not have soggy bottoms. Tacos are supposed to be crisp, even on the bottoms, not soggy.

Went to the drive thru, ordered around $35 worth or food. Got home and my 2 chicken chalupas were filled with basically lettuce. 2 small pieces of chicken in each! Seriously? That meal is $10 on its own. They were out of large drink cups too, but instead of telling me that before I ordered or paid, the boy at the window waited till I had already paid to inform me they were out of large cups. Also, the boy at the window was rude. Seriously, do better.

We went thru the drive thru. The line was long but went fairly quick. Food was excellent but the lady at the window didn’t really seem friendly…definitely not a smiling face.

NEVER go to this store as a Dasher or Uber Driver. They are incredibly slow, have a staring problem, will take ALL other orders before your dash/uber client’s which was already in the system, and their so-called ‘Manager’ will cop an attitude if you ask what is taking so long after waiting 25 minutes for an order going to the hospital (where they have a set lunch). Order wasn’t ready until 35 minutes after arrival at the store. When the Manager gave us the order she was acting a fool in front of a girls sports team and other customers “I had to stop making your order because you called” and “If you can’t wait don’t take the order” while making rude hand gestures across the counter with NO provocation, except a polite phone call, asking why things were taking so long because our customer expected their order to be DELIVERED by 4:22, we didn’t get the food from the RESTAURANT until 4:30. After 35 minutes of waiting and the way she EMBARRASSED us in front of other customers by talking down to us like dogs, I finally lost my temper and responded with “And YOU don’t have to be a (word for a female dog) about it, either.” and begun to walk out where she proceeded to THREATEN with calling the police just for telling her she didn’t have to be like that towards me for advocating for the customer.
The phone call in question? She told us the order was NEXT—so she flat out lied to us either on the phone or by saying she ‘had to stop making it’. Which one is it? Guess she can’t keep her story straight either. Apparently she should stop working customer service if she cannot be polite with MILDLY frustrated customers. I know we all know plenty of people who would be a lot angrier than I was after waiting over half an hour for a FAST FOOD order! I have had Texas Roadhouse and Drake’s orders come faster! -100/10

My only suggestion goes for this location and the Paintsville location…that is to take pride in creating the food. I realize it’s Fast Food, but there is no reason to not try to make things more spacey and such. Regardless, our family is frequent visitors of the bell and we love it. We also highly appreciate the military discount.

I will never eat at this taco bell again. my food was cold and soggy. my nacho fries and chicken nuggets were cold and stale. they gave me the wrong sauce for my nuggets and only gave me one. my Dorito tacos I couldn’t even eat bc it was so soggy it fell apart and I was missing a chalupa. I get you guys were busy but $30 just went in the trash. I’m not one to complain and have never made a public complaint about any business before but I have been craving taco bell for over a week now and let’s just say I’m not happy with my service today!
