Excellent food and service. They are often understaffed which can lead to longer lines and issues maintaining stock on occasion. I wouldn’t consider this a fault of the resaurant though, just a supply-demand mismatch.

Pretty hit or miss. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to get your order, sometimes it takes nearly an hour. Normally the sandwiches/pastries are pretty good, but I have had a few terrible ones this semester.

The staff is mostly incompetent. They fail to follow the simple instructions that they write down(ie. Slice like bread). The milk is often expired and the cream cheese is often warm. Overall avoid this place.

I haven’t been to many Einstein Bros stores, but this one’s okay. It has bad and good days. Sometimes the bagels are stale, sometimes they put like a milligram of cream cheese on the bagels, but, overall, it’s okay. Source: hungry college student
