Some Guy
I ordered noodles for my daughter, paid for them, and then asked for a fork. The chick behind the counter hits me with, “Oh, we’re out of utensils.” Seriously? I guess my 7-year-old was just supposed to slurp those noodles down with her bare hands. That little detail would’ve been nice to know before I handed over my money. I wasn’t about to let that happen, so I tossed the food and went to Panda Express instead. Look, I get it—you’re running a zoo of high schoolers and special-ed adults because no mentally stable person is working at a food court in a mall. But for the love of God, at least try to do the bare minimum.

Had time to kill so I waited around to see when they would come back from their 30 minute “lunch”. After 1 hour and 12 minutes I left without pizza…

Good food poisoning my first time. Got a stromboli and they barely reheated it. Thanks for the hours of vomiting.

Showed up at 530 on a Sunday day and they said they were closed. Full pizzas out and food packed for them . Really
You don’t need 30 minutes to close down. Asked a and w if they close early and they said usually always. Lol. Sad. Then I asked their name and she wouldn’t give it. Weird.

I had an awful experience at this Sbarro. The guy with the kiss tattoo was very disrespectful and didn’t heat up my pizza, so I ended up with it cold. While I was there, I also saw a baby mouse run into a hole in the wall that looked like it had been chewed through. That’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back.

First, the prices are horrific. I ordered through doordash and couldn’t believe they want almost $8 for a single slice of pizza! So I avoided that and decided to get the spaghetti. I ordered the LARGE spaghetti and spent almost $20 on it to find out its barely bigger than my PC mouse! Also the guy behind the counter apparently tried to get the doordash driver to pay for it because something was wrong with their doordash app. Finally, the delivery took forever because there was nobody at the counter when the dasher showed up and took forever to get someone to help him.

Holy cow what an unexpected surprise! I haven’t seen this place in the mall since forever, and was certainly shocked to see it reopened in the exact same place it used to be. Both of the Stromboli (one spinach and one pepperoni) we had were crispy, cheesy, and delicious! We got both Stromboli, two large drinks, a side salad, and a side of ziti pasta for just over $20. Steal of a deal these days. The line moved quickly and everyone seemed to be working hard. My only suggestion would be to wait to add the croutons to the Caesar salad until you dish it up so they stay crispy. Other than that, can’t wait to come back! I reaaally missed the stuffed pizzas too..

Took 15 min to be even achknowledged and they “warmed the pizza up” and burnt it had to remind them i was still here. For being open a month of the year their service food and attitude are terrible.

Sbarro Pizza? More like Sbarro Piece-of-Heaven! I came in hungry and left questioning my life choices—like why haven’t I been eating here every day?! The crust is so perfectly baked it deserves its own fan club, the cheese stretch is straight out of a food commercial, and the toppings? They’re so fresh I half expected them to introduce themselves.

I ordered their cheese pizza , and let me tell you, one bite in, I heard angels singing. The staff is friendlier than my grandma when I actually call her, and the vibes? Immaculate.

If you’re debating whether to eat here, stop. Just do it. You owe it to your taste buds.

They literally have roaches in their food. They also serve people rotten and expired products. Be careful!
