At least acknowledge someone at the speaker and tell them that you’ll be right with them. Don’t just let someone sit there unacknowledged for 15+ minutes. If it wasn’t a mobile order, I would have just pulled off. Super slow. Not very friendly. Coffee wasn’t even made very well. I stopped going to Dunkin for a year recently. I remember why now.

Oh my goodness, I just have to say, this Dunkin’ absolutely made my day! Everyone inside was so warm and friendly, it felt like walking into a little coffee family. My drink came out quick as can be and it was downright perfect! I swear, they must sprinkle a little bit of sunshine in those cups. I’ll definitely be stopping by again. The perfect coffee was a nice touch for my lunch. 10 out of 10, y’all! ☕

The boy behind the counter was very sweet! He told me they were out of Hot Chocolate and instead of not helping, he offered to make something adjacent. He was very willing to help and the whole staff seemed very lively behind the counter.

Unfortunately, upon getting my food and sitting to eat it, I noticed the bun was VERY crispy. It didn’t kill my visit but was a but of a mood killer.

I go here every now and then and it’s almost always a disappointment. Today I went there and ordered 2 large iced lattes. I had to go back around the drive thru and get it remade because it was all milk. I took it back to the drive thru, and the lady from Oklahoma told who ever remade it that it looks exactly the same. It did not, the remade one was the right color. I told the lady that no it does not look the same as I drove off, she then proceeds to scream out the window to me that it absolutely looks the same. I have given this place chance after chance. This was the last one. Retrain your staff to make coffee the right way and don’t hire people that act so unprofessional.

Ordered a half dozen donuts and an iced mocha latte. Paid, and then got the donuts almost immediatly. I then sat and waited for 35 minutes, growing more and more impatient by the second. And then when i asked them when i was going to get my drink i found out they hadnt even started making it. A very nice employee apologized and made it for me. But it amazes me how little these employees care about getting food out.

EVERYTIME I order here which is very often they ALWAYS get my order wrong and sometimes my husband has to go in 3 or more times to have them fix my order. Absolutely ridiculous one time I order a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with no cheese I get it out of the bag and realize it doesn’t look right I open it and there’s only half a piece of sausage and half an egg. Another time they kept giving me the wrong donut my husband had to keep going in for them to fix it finally the manager gave him the donut and told him to come ask me if that was right. And today I ordered off the app had my husband go pick it up spent 21.50 my husband comes home with it and I’m missing my sandwich and they gave me the wrong donut holes, now my husband has to cancel an appointment he had to go back and get it and bring it back to me (which I yelled at him as well for not checking everything he replied he was in a rush) but seriously they get stuff wrong way to often it’s ridiculous how hard is it to read an order and make sure it’s right hell double check and read the receipt after the order to make sure it’s correct absolutely ridiculous

One star is generous. We ordered two iced coffees through DoorDash — what we received was a joke. No coffee. Just ice, almond milk, and syrup. Basically, flavored water. We called the store thinking surely they’d want to fix their mistake. Instead, we were told to drive to the store to get replacement drinks. Seriously?

When we arrived and politely explained the issue, we were met with attitude and eye rolls, like we were inconveniencing them with their own error. The girl at the counter smugly informed us we could either have a refund or the drinks — not both. Excuse me? What should’ve happened is we get the correct drinks with actual coffee in them AND some sort of compensation for the hassle — store credit, cash back, anything to show they care.

But no. Just an unapologetic choice between fixing their mistake or a refund, as if they were doing us a favor. And to top it off, I watched the same employee treat another customer just as poorly — rolling her eyes and acting annoyed just because he dared to place an order.

Plenty of Dunkin’ locations around here. Avoid this one at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience for expecting your order to be correct. Never again.

Why is this the slowest Dunkin? Preordering on the app feels like a trap at this location. Here I am for 10 minutes sitting in the drive thru, I can’t leave I already paid. The 10:30 shift change must take at least 15 minutes.

Don’t come here, wouldn’t recommend.

This place is embarrassing. It literally takes 20 minutes or longer for an order every single time. They need better training and better hiring skills. A pick up order to take 20 minutes it absolutely insane.
