This Starbucks is consistently bad. My daughter loves Starbucks so we keep giving this location chances. I live off of Gull Rd and just want good coffee nearby. My daughter and I were literally the only ones in the lobby and it took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks. Mine was just terrible …it honestly tasted like no coffee and just hot milk. My daughter said hers was just Ok. They did offer to remake my coffee but again waiting almost 20 minutes we just needed to leave (that’s why I gave a 2 star). The counter where you pick up your order is consistently dirty. Starbucks all over seems to be bad reviews. There must be something going on at the corporate level. The Starbucks in Target on W Main is phenomenal. Drinks are always on point and the customer service is like no other. They should instruct other Starbucks.

This Starbucks is in need of some TLC. Consistently 5 staff working with nonexistent customer service. I come in a couple times a week and just stand at the counter without a hello while they all just go about their business. Operationally very slow and unorganized. Regularly missed orders, ineffective communication, nobody seemingly knowing what’s going on and all around very meh. The baristas are nice and I’m sure they’re trying but feels like good leadership and stronger systems are needed.

We waited 35 minutes for our drinks. We finally asked for a refund and to cancel our order because when we asked they said there were still 4 orders ahead of ours. They were friendly and understanding that we wanted to cancel. However, it’s insane to expect people to wait over 35 minutes for two drinks! We will not be going back to this location.

Our coffee drinks were perfect. A double cappuccino and a vanilla latte both made to magnificent delicious coffee enjoying. Starbucks is a bit expensive but worth it once in awhile for a treat

I have been to Starbucks all over the world and this location is slower than any other I’ve been to, even in busiest metropolitan areas. There is almost no reason why an online order, or any order, would take 40 minutes to prepare. The drive thru line was around the building on a Saturday at 11am and moving very slowly. I have come on a weekday around 12:30-1:00 pm and service was also very slow- these are not even peak times!!. I suggest management take a close look at how this store is run- do you need more staff, or just better trained staff? Based on other reviews, it seems this not a unique situation, so something clearly needs to be done!

I ordered the 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches.
It took a long time to get it, and I got 1 drink first and had to wait for my other drink with 2 sandwiches.
The service and wait time are not good

By the way, I asked the staff why I didn’t get everything at the same time, he/she told me they are not working by order???!
I ordered by 9.59 a.m. and got all my orders by 10.15 a.m; when I ordered, there was 1 person before me inside. By the time I wait the rest of the order is full inside with people.
The staff who took my order was very kind.

Giving one star because I have to give something. Over 3 weeks I’ve had 4 orders wrong. I’ve spoke to the manager, he told me he would “comp” me a drink that I’ve already paid for. I ordered a Gingerbread Chi, I got a coffee. They remade it the same way… manger said they had the wrong pump on the chi. So I go today for me “comp” chi and it’s a LATTE. I’m done. I WILL NOT go back.

There is no reason why using the app to pre order a drink should take 30+ minutes. It doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru or lobby, this particular Starbucks is just so slow.

The quality of the drink is also questionable. If iced, it’s often water down. Hot drinks are often cooled by the time we get them. All drinks are very heavy on milk.

I’ve been a steady customer here for a while, but I definitely think it’s time to find a different coffee shop on my route to work.

Been going there since October 14 2017 when they opened. The first couple of years the crew there was awesome! They were fun, happy and always excited to see you. But sadly the past “many” years hasn’t been the same. So many of them act irritated your there or even pouty you’ve bothered them. I find myself going there less and less these days.
