I loved the atmosphere. It felt really neat. However, the pizza crust was burnt (see photo). Loved the idea of the lending library. The bathroom was a bit dirty and had flies in it. They also had relatively high prices for drinks ($3/soda). Also, it’s a little hard to find.

Good pizza, large slices, not much of a dining room.

We were driving through and stopped for a quick lunch. The service was good, the pizza was, too.

The slices were very large and tasty. The one complaint was that 3 slices and a couple of sodas was $26, which we thought was a little pricey.

Having said that – the staff was friendly, parking is easy, and it’s in a good spot along NY-8.

While the ingredients are pretty good. Pizza is not pizza w/o cheese. I’m seeing way too much red on these. For the pizza on the right, slices from 11-5 have cheese on less that 1/2 the slice. Slice at 7o’clock has a huge bubble (because the dough wasn’t sufficiently proofed) also has very little cheese. Disappointed, probably wouldn’t go back

because of the owners honest reply, I will now go back

Hearty toppings, great service, and an inviting space!

This pizza is really good. A crispy thin crust that can handle the toppings and has such a delicious flavor I almost forgot to save a crust for my dogs.

Got the pizza, pretzels with cheese, and a couple beverages. Plus a couple tshirts because they’re so fun and colorful!!

Also – this place has a wonderful history so make sure to check out the Firetower flashback room while you’re waiting for your tasty food.

Worth a stop every time.

Firetower does not look impressive from the outside. We were there on a quiet weekday in May. We had a tasty beef tomato cream soup that was freshly made and sandwiches.
The owners are super friendly. Inside are old video games, puzzles, etc. very homey atmosphere. Would definitely go back.

I wanted to share that Firetower pizza stands by their product. When they don’t meet their standard they don’t blame their customers or make excuses, they fix it with delicious pizza. I’ve had some awful vacation experiences but Firetower certainly is not one of them. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

It was fine, 19 dollers for a large, 3 dollers a topping, pizza was ok, they do have a juke box

Possibly worst food ever; most of it ended up in the trash. Pizza was burnt and used spaghetti sauce; sub bread made white bread seem gourmet, cheese was kraft singles. Bread was really bad.
Tables were greasy, food was all over the floor.
Also, Mythbusters is not a show that goes well with dinner.
But hey. There’s video games out front!

OK, here we go. New place in town for pizza and sides. We spent around $180.00 for 4 pies and 4 sides.
First the sides, the wings were very good, peanut wings had a little kick, and were very good. We liked the fried green beans, and the mats sticks.
Now for the pizza, we personally prefer thin, thin crust and cooked crispy. A quarter inch thick sausage slice with two or three on each slice, No Good! Get a meat slicer, cut the sausage on the bias, really thin and cover the whole pie. Same amount of sausage used, and the pie will look so much better.
Take this as a positive review, we’ll be back, to see the improvements.
