Ordered delivery last week. 33 min eta. Once an hour rolled around and it was almost closing time, we called. They had sent most everyone home and were on the way. They sent us a 50% off next order with the GM’s name, Hailey C on it. I thought that was nice.
Fast forward to this past weekend. I ordered (4) of the mix and match $6.99 pizzas that everyone gets with their online order. I tried to claim my 50% off voucher over the phone but was told the pizzas were normally more expensive so that was the 50% off and they couldn’t combine discounts. Um, no its not. Everyone pays $6.99. Thats your normal online pricing.
I didnt call them to complain nor did I ask for any type of discount regarding the original slow delivery. I understand things happen. But next time your service is slow, just say you’re sorry and don’t try to give out a voucher that cannot be claimed.

Google says confirmed hours of operation 9 weeks ago. Someone really needs to tell the heavyset female manager that was working tonight (A FRIDAY NIGHT) that because when me and I seen another car here also came here she already closed apparently at 1030pm! I don’t think you should come here! Give your money to another owner who makes ure their store stays open.

We have ordered from here 3 times. Mostly good experiences. Very glad to have them in the neighborhood. Today we ordered the zesty Italian trio and it was disappointing. It was supposed to come with banana peppers but had none. Toppings were skimpy and the original crust was more like thin. I had noticed with my previous orders that the toppings seemed to be light, but today it was apparent.

Papa John’s used to be our go-to Pizza place back in Virginia Beach. When we moved here and ordered it we were shocked. The bread, sauce, toppings, everything was cheapened. It was the taste and quality of Little Ceasars, with the price twice as high.

Place is horrible food is always second-best you order it and have delivery. They tell you 20 minutes and it takes an hour and 40 minutes if they can’t do no better than that they just need to shut it down.

Can’t call in order to the facility. On line ordering or call center. Advertise Xlarge pizza could not order 1 settle for large it was just barely warm. Cost more than advertised. Do not recommend this place
