SHADY PRICING @ this location. Was charged significantly more than advertised price for a mini royal blizzard and was simply told “yeah our boss hasn’t updated that in awhile”. No ability to refund or honor advertised price in store per cashier.

Sunday I preordered an Oreo blizzard cake online for a birthday party. Over the course of two days Dairy Queen and I played phone tag since they require prepayment and confirmation to place the order. Each time I called back it went straight to voicemail and was never able to touch base with anyone. I left several voicemails trying to confirm my order and pay, I also asked if they could please let me know if my order was confirmed with no avail. Luckily when I went to pick up the cake it had been made. Although the cake had no Oreo pieces or chocolate drizzle and the icing to write Happy Birthday was the wrong color. I asked if it was possible to have Oreo pieces to put on the cake, since Oreos typically come on it, he said he could charge me for a side of Oreo pieces. I kind of tried to talk to the guy at the counter about how it normally comes with oreos and showed a cake I’ve bought in the past. He said it was above his pay grade and to call if I had complaints. Added last years cake for reference (one with candle).

Go Monday through Friday before the evening. Way better customer service. Plus I think my moolatte is actually a very very thick shake…. ♀️I asked if coffee was actually put into it and the girl yelled from the back that it was with an annoyed attitude. Make sure to go early to avoid the younger staff.

Birthday cake was delicious. Great colors and display on cake too for my 14 yr. old nephew’s birthday, which can be very tricky at that age. All the guests and family loved it. Feed a lot of people. Most importantly he loved it!Really made the moment special and one he’ll never forget. Just perfect. Highly Recommend! Also service was friendly, kind, fast, and it was a clean establishment. But it was busy at the time and day i went in. Even with being busy staff was fast. And i think the price was worth the quality product, delicious cake we received.

I love a good DQ and this one reminds me of the one I used to go to growing up. Very limited hot food menu (hot dogs only) but all the ice cream favorites are here. Not a place you come to sit down but a place to come and grab a treat to sit outside or take home. They finally upgraded their registers which is a big plus. I hope this DQ sticks around!

I haven’t been to a DQ in awhile, so I thought I’d get something simple here and quench my sweet tooth. I ordered the simple One hot dog with ketchup, relish and mustard, and a medium strawberry shake. Everything we ok, even the microwaving of the dog and bun. I get to the car and open the container for the hot dog and the bun (and dog) was upside down in the container! No wrapping of the dog, nothing….just a bun upside down with relish everywhere. THIS IS HOW THE PERSON GAVE IT TO ME!! I don’t think I need to say anything else, but the easiest thing to accomplish as an employee and she completely failed on a very deep level. Never again.

Excellent ice cream especially on a hot day. Bike trails run right near it so there’s no reason not to stop and try out a nice banana split.
