Everything tasted good. I had the Homewrecker with Adobo chicken. The food was good but I barely tasted any chicken so I opened up the wrap and I saw why I thought I didn’t taste any chicken. I may have had a teaspoon of chicken. I ordered ahead but still had to wait and it was a long line. The young lady at the register was really nice and full of patience and energy. I would like to visit on a non promotional day because T-Mobile Tuesday had them wide open! Next time I will not order diced onions because those onions on my food wasn’t diced. This location prepared the food accurately as far as ingredients that was asked for. I think this location is a good location to visit

I don’t know what it is about this location , but something always feels off. Last time I went , I was only going to get a cup of queso cheese and the cheese was super chunky, with a yellow color, like it had been out all day. It was not smooth and white like it is supposed to be. When I asked the employee why the cheese was chunky she said it’s always that way. I have not been back since.

My burrito bowl and chips were pretty good, but the salsa (green mild and red medium) were not quite right.
Service was good, friendly and gave the classic “welcome to Moe’s!”

My buddy turned me on to Moes. Sort of like a Chipotle. But the icing on the cake is the chips and salsa bar. Food was tasty. Quality was good. Portions huge.

Staff is definitely rowdy, and the machines went down while I was ordering. Therefore, I waited in line for 20 minutes, until they decided to just give everyone in line their food for free. Guess I can’t complain. The meal was the normal average quality that you get from most Moes locations.

I had my food DoorDash. They left my queso dip outside my bag, so I called the restaurant to see if I can get my queso sauce along with a remake of my nachos since I have to go to the store and get my dip so I I called the Virginia Avenue store at 2:15 PM on November 4 spoke to the manager I asked was it possible that my food be remade if I brought the uneaten food up there along with my queso since by the time I get there my food will be soggy and cold, because they left out my queso so the female manager that I spoke to said no because she assume that I started eating my food and I told her that I would like my food remade because I ordered it with the queso to enjoy it with not for me to just have hot queso and cold soggy nachos and when I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager and I told her well that explains a lot and she hung up very rude and I feel disrespected for not accommodating paying customer for their mistakes whether I came into the store or DoorDash. I still pay for my food. The female manager was very rude and you can tell that she despises her job. She sounds very unhappy being at her job. Maybe they can find somebody that I actually do their job correctly and have a better attitude. Next time I’ll order from Buffington Road at least they have better service and a better attitude.

I order the same thing every time and my total is always different! Then this time I was told there was no drink with my meal and they didn’t bother to give me the extra chips. They are very stingy with their servings. When asked about my drink and extra chips I was told “My manager said don’t offer if they don’t ask” I’ll just go to Willys next time. Owner is very money greedy and cheap!

Listen, I’ve been to a few most locations this location by far top-tier season i g they put salt on the chips. The other locations don’t do that! The serving size is beautiful as per usual . The ladies in the in the building today were amazing. I love this location and I don’t ever leave reviews, but they damn sure deserve this one.
