Pizza hut was my go to when I moved up here a few years ago. Now I find myself consistently disappointed. Tonight may have to have been my final attempt to order. Not only was i missed the cheese sticks I had ordered, but both pizzas ordered were absolutely destroyed.

Pizza was made quick full stuffed crust with full coverage of pepperoni. Waitter gave me check as if was done but seemed polite and nice! Everyone was nice and kind. Could use a proper cleaning from closers or the ones who open good job line crew!

The chili wings were delicious and the pizza was so fresh and yummy! Our waitress was very attentive, even though she was the only one working the half of the restaurant that was open. The other half was “closed” for cleaning which was kind of a bother because we ate our food and talked over the sound of a vacuum cleaner :-/

Service was slow, even though it was a late lunch and only two tables.
The Place is a little dirty especially the bathroom. Urinal looks like it has not been cleaned since it was installed. Walls are nasty in bathroom and foot area of the seating areas.

Ordered delivery. Email was sent confirming the order. Was told the order would arrive between 10:56pm and 11:11pm. Im writing this review at 11:45pm still waiting for the pizza. Literally, 1 large pizza is all i Ordered. Thank God I was paying cash on delivery. This is the worst service possible

Sub-atabdard, even for a Pizza Hut . The server was not quite with it doing her job. She brought our drinks, then seemed confused so asked again. I ordered double pepperoni that was cut as if it were a square pizza and looked like it ran through the oven at least twice. The pepperoni slices were curled upwards and were clearly well, well, well cooked. We were having a small ce K abrasion, so sending it back would have interrupted our good cheer and delayed my food while I waited for a manager . I’m happy to warn others. The atmosphere? Pathetic. The rest room really needs attention to get the gray sludge out of the the receptacles. The door didn’t have a y inside handle, but a sign warning to close and lock it. No assurance it was locked. And there were flies in the dining area. I gave

Went there with my children to have a salad bar and get a couple pizzas. The plates at the salad bar were all dirty, to the point that my 11 year-old son asked if that’s where we were supposed to put our dirty plates when we were done with them. When I brought them up to the front desk, the guy apologized and said they hired some new people that obviously aren’t doing their job. We also found hair in the pizza. The waitress was incredibly nice, which is why I still tipped her well, but the place was pretty disgusting as far as cleanliness.

Ordered a pizza with the online app and went there to pick it up. I stood there for quite a while without being acknowledged by anyone who past by me. Finally a girl asked for my name and I told her. No hello or anything. Very awkward communication. Finally got my pizza and went home. I opened it when I got home and it didn’t have the toppings I ordered so I called the store and they said that that is what the app said and I would have to contact customer service on the app. But when I tried to do that it glitched and stayed on a white out screen. I waited and waited and backed out of the app and tried again and it kept glitching. So I called back again and got the manager who was a guy but sounded like a flaming alphabet soup kid. He got cocky and said that they have nothing to do with their app. They use the app for orders but don’t honor them?

Came in on a Saturday at 9pm (they close at 12am) with a party of 6. The waitress/hostess sat us at a table and the floor was absolutely filthy (bottle caps, pizza crusts, food waste, etc) on the ground. We asked if could sit at one of the clean tables (they were fairly empty) but were refused because they just cleaned it and it was supposed to be kept clean for the next day. We asked if they could clean it and she said no. So we left so I can’t review the food but that particular worker was not professional.

My family and I went here at 8:30 pm on Saturday May 4th. There were 6 of us. The women took us to a table. It was dirty the floors under the table was just disgusting. We asked nicely if we could be sat an another table on the other side. She said absolutely not she had it clean for the next day. It’s 8:30 pm, you’re open until midnight! Three staff people were just sitting around doing nothing. Just get up and clean the place. When we got the response that we couldn’t sit at a clean table on the other side. We said Thank you and walked out. We ended up at a much cleaner restaurant with a kind waiter. It was Pizza Huts lost we spent over 150 dollars. We will never return after being treated like we were,
