Others have mentioned delays & errors in receiving their orders but nothing like that happened to me. From order to food arriving at my outside table took 8-minutes. Santa Barbara Char was hot-juicy-delicious as any other Habjt location I’ve visited. Thanks for bringing my food to my outside table. The only suggestion to staff is when you serve a bearded old guy please include more than three napkins . Dog friendly outdoor dining with 6-tables. Handy drive thru option if that’s your thing.

We ordered through DoorDash and it was the worst food we’ve ever had at Habit. The fries and onion rings were so extremely salty we couldn’t eat them. The burgers were also WAY too salty and we ended up throwing most of them away. They also completely forgot one of the 2 kids meals we ordered. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Zero stars! Gave me the complete wrong order! I ordered a double char with cheese no onions and they gave me a single with onion Then Refused to give me a refund. Said he would and then he said he couldn’t give me a receipt showing the return which is a lie. He had an attitude because I didn’t want the food because I was afraid they handed it to another customer and they touched it. Wasted my entire lunch break and ended up without my food and my refund. Completely disappointed

The waits are just too long. Waited over 30 minutes with only one car in front of me at the drive through.
When I got to the window I waited at least 10 of those 30 plus minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence. Then I waited more only to have a kid open the drive through window and ask if I got my food yet. He was shocked I was still there.
I see the owner of this franchise has a generic “Please go to corporate site to provide a review” for every negative Google review posted. They will no doubt do the same to this post.
How about this owner, show up to the store and manage it. I don’t blame the kids working there. It’s obvious they are a rudderless ship with an owner that doesn’t seem to care about service.
Just go to In and Out down the street. They know how to run a business.

Happy to have a brand new Habit burger south of Folsom. Easy access to/from the freeway. Adequate seating and parking. Employees putting in work. They have drive thru which is a bonus.

Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes with only one car ahead of us. Order the $8 habit meal with the half club sandwich and they got my order wrong and gave me a burger. Had to go back inside to get it fixed and waited 15 minutes for them to remake it. Slow service with no sense of urgency with only 3 people working. Wasn’t worth my time or money.

Service is incredibly slow. I waited 14 minutes in the drive thru for a salad one visit. On another visit I waited 22 minutes in the restaurant for a salad and a burger. The food is good.

I love habit. I’m originally from the 805 so I’ve been eating habit for a good 30 years. This new place opened up and I ordered via the app and went through the drive-thru and asked if I could pick up through the app and they said yes. I even got a text confirming that my order was ready while I was waiting in my car. I saw my order on the counter and I honked and he told me wait a minute. After a couple of minutes he then grabbed my order from the counter and brought it to me and there were no other customers inside or in the Drive-Thru. There was no reason he couldn’t have brought it to me sooner
