So this place is amazing. I bring the kids literally every day. So I ended up getting them the souvenir cup lol. I have tried the milkshakes, rootbeer floats , ice cream and lemonade which that has 3 flavors an have had all. So yes we are hooked haha but the kiddos love it. O an have bought the changing spoons. Prices are good to. Love to post when its good quality an good customer service

The kids makes my snowballs exactly how I ask them to and gives me extra flavor when I ask for it. The older lady acts like it’s costing them a million dollars when I ask for extra flavor. She actually told me that I have enough in my cup, when clearly it’s not enough for me. I’ll pay if necessary but I want what I like. I never had any issues with icy delights or any other snowballs stand, I think I’ll have to start traveling further, because twice I’ve received a snowball I didn’t like.
Update!!! I’ve returned to Kona and twice I’ve received the snowballs the way I like. Look for my repeated business.
