Stopped by this Dunkin’ location on my way home from a sporting event in Frederick, MD.
It was clean and the staff was friendly. Plenty of parking out front and relatively easy to get into and out of this location. Pretty close to Route 15 which was really convenient. Inside is well decorated with branding and plenty of seating.
I placed a mobile order from the car upon arrival, and it was prepared very quickly. Two medium iced coffees, a Latte and a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Wake-Up Wrap. They are so delicious! Order was correct and we were on our way.

I stop at Dunkin’ almost every morning (or at least every other day), and while the service is always good, one person at the Monocacy location makes it truly great — Yogesh. She’s such a bright light every time I walk in! Always smiling, always friendly, never with an attitude no matter how busy it gets.
She takes her time with people, even helping if you’re struggling with the app, and somehow still manages to juggle everything when the line is out the door. One day, another Dunkin’ messed up my favorite drink. I told Yogesh honestly what happened, and without hesitation she remade it just so I could leave happy. That small act really showed me how much she cares about her customers.
It’s little things like that — the patience, the kindness, the way she runs things so smoothly — that make her stand out. Honestly, Yogesh deserves recognition (and probably a manager role if you ask me). She’s definitely the A-team.
This review is long overdue, but I just wanted to say thank you, Yogesh, for always starting my mornings off with kindness and a smile.

Just spent 30mins entirely waiting for food while receiving my drinks at 12-01 so I clearly ordered before that
Several employees asked if I was waiting. Twice by the cashier & twice by other staff.
Until they asked me for my receipt.
They made the order that was never made wrong. Clearly bickering & joking in the back I patiently stood there. (Christmas eve) over 8 employees & not one knew what the other did. Going at it back & forth on who’s fault it was me being bilingual understood it all.
Completely unacceptable.

I don’t frequent this location, but I did today about noon and there was a line of people and numerous online orders coming through. The only issue was that there was 1 young man doing it ALL. Trying to keep up with the orders, trying to get customers out satisfied, just trying his best but noticeably overwhelmed. I’d have to say management really missed the mark with staffing, but kudos to that gentleman holding it down.

One of the cleanest Dunkin donuts I have ever been. Friendly staff and good selection of fresh donuts on location. Because of COVID they do have plexiglass separating the counter and u need to shout a bit when placing the order. Make sure u check the order before you leave. They made mistake on my order. I ordered power breakfast but got sourdough instead.

This place is a hit or miss! Some days you get a real caramel latte, others it’s warm milk! This place is walk-in only. You would think they would always have both registers open. Nope! 2 people working while the line grows longer and longer. It’s like this every time I come here. Iced coffee is never made correctly. Bitter with very little caramel. Like I said, it’s always a hit or miss. Lastly, they NEVER give you a receipt!
