I was in tonight. Had a glitch with the mcdonalds app, wouldn’t give me code for the deal, just kept telling me to add more deals. A nice lady honored the deal even tho the app was malfunctioning. She made me feel awesome and was super friendly. As someone who was simply passing through I will be coming to this store everytime I come through because of this experience. I picked up my food at the drive thru. When I got home, they forgot to give me my whole order. I called to let them know and drove back to pick up the rest of my order. I got back in line at the speaker I told the young girl (who had no idea what I was talking about) that I was there to pick up my food and I ordered another order of fries because I didn’t want cold fries by time I’d get back home. You know the other ones that I had already paid for. I also had to ask her to remake my sandwich so that the bread wouldn’t soggy. They never even offered to comp my fries for my trouble and when I got home again, the bun on my “freshly made sandwich” was so hard it could have broke rocks. I’ve had multiple messes up way to often! Pay attention! This is your job, do it right!

For like 10 years this place cannot figure out how to do their job. Wait times here can range from 5 minutes to 40 minutes.
Nobody wants to manage the store. They are terrible at training employees.

Stopped in here to get a late night meal and the workers here were OUT OF THIS WORLD. I didn’t catch their names but it’s 1 girl and like 3 males, the food was hot and fresh, they were so sweet and made our experience here outstanding. I 100% recommend this McDonald’s to anyone passing through here. 10/10 amazing place.

Our order is damn near always messed up. The customer service is a joke.
The woman in the window dawn Told me how much my total was and I didn’t hear so I said I’m sorry what was it and she yelled at me .
It’s bad enough she Open the window to take my money, but then started an order in the middle of me asking her how much it was so wasn’t my fault for her to get like that when she was trying to multitask after already opening The window
In the manager, Kayla is no better when it comes to telling her employees what they did wrong when a customer Expresses their issue.
They can’t even teach their employees how to make sure the food is correct before they send it out the window.
I’m tired of getting home looking in the bag and items are missing or incorrect. I do not have the gas to go back out and I shouldn’t have to go back out when I try to check my food. Some of the employees are rude. They Open the window and give me attitude for sitting there, trying to check my order.
Someone wouldn’t feel the need to check it every single time if you didn’t mess up that much.

It took 27 minutes waiting in drive thru after paying to receive order. They have you pull forward so they can fill others orders and you can watch how poorly this Mc Donalds is run by watching the adjacent Burger King and Arby’s efficiency at their drive thru. You can imagine how many they serve in 27 minutes while McDonalds walks orders to others behind you. And tge order was nothing elaborate. 3 cheeseburgers, quarter pounder, a fry and 2 apple pies with 2 large drinks ( one was incorrectly served.) A coke and a diet Coke one was incorrect as both were same flavor. This McDonalds is the best advertisement for Arby’s and Burger King. Any 5 star review is bs. In replacing the drink inside during the wait there were fries all over the floor in plain sight. It became obvious why they didn’t have a self serve drink station. People would be refilling the drinks multiple times during their wait on their order. I wasn’t the only car waiting in the drive thru. There were at least 5,6 others waiting. Absolute embarrassing to the brand. Gave one star as I could not give less.
