Staff were not attentive to people coming in. More worried about filling an other or worried about filling an order than acknowledging new customers. Sandwiches looked and tasted like they had been sitting under the warmer for hours. The fries were good although they don’t even serve curly fries.

I decided to go visit my favorite neighbor, Mr. Todd, today. I had been meaning to stop by for a while, I saw his blue Kia, so I finally set aside some time to catch up with him. When I arrived at his work, I was greeted warmly, just like always. We ended up chatting for quite a while, catching up on saying Six Seven. It’s always great to spend time with Mr. Todd because he’s not only friendly and welcoming but also someone I genuinely enjoy having conversations with. Visiting him today reminded me of how fortunate I am to have such a kind and approachable neighbor nearby.

My experience here was not very good. Got to the register the young man looked at me and didn’t say hello or anything I had to say how’s it going, then he acknowledged me. He was more worried about his girlfriend’s and Friends that came in. Then he got my order wrong and tried to say I didn’t tell him what I ordered. Minus four stars for this place. Get people in there that at least want to do their job and not play with their friends at work.

Not even a hello at the register. 9PM and behaved like I was bothering her for a burger. Wanted 1 cheese and she argued that ment light cheese. Ok, but when you put 2 instead , I’ll be back. We’ll, I had to go back. The same lady who took my order made the burgers. The other lady has a super bad attitude. Someone’s at the counter and I hear, of course they are. Had to watch her make it and reminder her again, I added onion. Truck drivers depend on hot food sometimes. If you dont wanna be kind and do it right, maybe this isnt the job for ya.

Great crew working there. The food was way over reheated; both the bun and fries were hard, dry, and tasteless. The meat on the hot ham and cheese was good though.

Went over to oglesby to the Hardee’s for breakfast and did we get a surprise. Now mind you it’s only 10:15,guy in front of us couldn’t make up his mind and as he was deciding they start turning the signs to lunch! I spoke up and asked if we could still get breakfast and she just ignored me! I was pissed! Then a male worker came up and said they were out of biscuits. Ahem obviously doesn’t know the menu because there are other sandwiches for breakfast that doesn’t have biscuits. I heard the lasy say to him we are on lunch! It wasn’t 10:30 more like 10:20! Told my husband I’m done going there. This is the THIRD time no biscuits! I see from other posts this has happened before! Very unhappy with the management and workers there.

As usual a fast food place gets the order wrong. Of course I was miles down the road when getting the food out of the bag. I’ve stopped at this Hardee’s 4 times, 4 orders messed up. Won’t happen again. 0 stars would be a generous rating.

Oof. If we hadn’t ordered the food to go we would’ve brought it back. Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. The bacon was cold and way undercooked, the egg and biscuits were burnt and hard. We threw them away.
