Probably one of my least favorite Starbucks to visit due to the small size of the lobby, though if I need something quick the drive thru does always pull through. This is one of the fastest drive thrus for Starbucks that I have been to. The small lobby size is probably why the drive thru is so fast. Staff is usually really nice, too.

I don’t normally do reviews. But today I think I need to. The Pistachio cold brew is one of my favorites. I wait for this time of the year to get one. After doctors appointment I went. I ordered my pistachio cold brew with extra pistachio pumps. The line was not long when I got there, but it ended up taking almost 10 minutes to get my drink and I ordered a grilled cheese. The coffee was like watered down coffee. Can’t taste the pistachio at all and the grilled cheese is cold and taste weird. Do not know what is going on there today. I usually have a good experience there. It was terrible today. I did notice that the score was an 87. Never noticed that kind of score there before. I do hope that the next visit that I have there will be better. I do go by there quite frequently. Today was a bad spend of 15 bucks.

This location offers delivery via apps starting at 4:30 AM, however they do not actually begin preparing them until 5 am when you will no longer have time to consume or even receive the food before going to work. Why not just list as opening at 5 instead of wasting time, money and food that will end up in the trash

Placed a drink order in the app. Was supposed to be ready when I arrived. I did not get my drink until 10 minutes after promised time in the app. I had to stand there waiting while I had melting groceries in my car It appeared they had two people on break at the same time. Manager needs to manage breaks more efficiently.

I love the workers there, they are amazing, I love the atmosphere and the service is fast. However, I purchased a matcha, 3 times at this location and it was atrocious. the workers told me that it’s because of the new recipe and of course it’s not their fault. I understand they have no power over that but PLEASE go back to the original recipe. I just want to enjoy a NICELY sweetened matcha before going into my exhausting job.

Out if all the Starbucks in the area this is the only one that ever gets my drinks right! The workers are always nice and professional, and communicate well. I’ve only ever had a problem here once when they didn’t mix my matcha in and it was clumpy, but they remade it perfectly. The other Starbucks locations are lazy, especially the one further down 54 in Peachtree city by Publix. Wrote this to voice my appreciation, I won’t cheat on my home location again lol

Worst Match I have ever purchased the small matcha with peppermint and coconut was the worst! This is my go to order i get every other morning. The person that did this said they changed the match formula and this is why it does not mix well. This was bad very bad and really hurt my stomach and I didn’t even drink it all of it. I’m highly upset and want my money back! It has never looked or tasted like grass and mint dirt.
