Cafe Renaissance is what I would call a traditional restaurant with personalized service. Feels like dining in Europe. The servers and host are very friendly and welcoming – they put you at ease very quickly. The food and cocktails and wine offerings are top notch – I give 5 and more stars. I highly recommend this place for celebrating an anniversary or birthday or just to have a good time. ❤️❤️

This is a great first date place, if you enjoy fine French/Italian cuisine. The owner is so attentive. The ambiance is romantic and welcoming. They want you to sit a spell. I went on a date here and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had, in a long time. From the moment I walked in, until the moment we left….we both felt welcomed, satisfied and interested in coming back.

Went in for Thanksgiving dinner. I unfortunately did not know there was a specific menu for that night. My mistake. I have some favorites that I like to order at French restaurant, didn’t get to try their pate.
Anyways, our server was pretty awesome. He was really attentive and gave my niece a plate with the turkey meal. That was so generous, and it was much appreciated. We ordered the ravioli, lamb shank, and turkey dinner. I’m glad that escargot was on the menu, I love me some snails!
As far as the food goes, we all kind of agreed that it was pretty mild in flavor. Nothing really popped out, but it wasn’t bad! Just very mildly flavored. I prefer a punch in flavor.
If I lived there locally, I’d give it another try. I wish I remembered our server’s name, he was such an awesome guy. Service was top notch! I was also grateful that they were open during the holidays.

Food was fantastic and the lovely gentleman (Maybe the owner) was so friendly and constantly engaging with the customers. The food came out quickly and the flavors were excellent. A customer remembered a cream of mushroom soup he had there years ago that he loved and the gentleman had a batch made special for the couple even though it was no longer on the menu. Such amazing service. Loved the decor as well though it might be much for some folks. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town and it was worth the hour drive in rush hour traffic and rain too get there.

I was trying to find a place for afternoon tea, I didn’t realize many places are booked two months in advance! So I was happy to find a reservation at Cafe Renaissance. We had a wonderful time. It was a relaxing experience and the food was wonderful. Service was excellent.

This is a restaurant we have many memories with and we just started going back here after a 4 year gap. So many new places opened and we were trying out all. Last nights dinner was fantastic with rockfish with veggies and a salmon wellington. I personally do not like baclava as most are so sweet you can have one bite, however, the Chef made an incredible one and I was lucky to go home with a few extra pieces. Always welcomed like family here, even if you haven’t been in years. Try them and enjoy all the food, fresh flowers in gorgeous containers and beautiful fine china decorating the tables. It’s a lovely venue. You won’t be disappointed. oh and those wine pours are generous!
