I originally called in because I had a complaint about one of the pieces I ordered for my birthday. And the manager that I spoke with was very nice and gave me a credit for another Pizza. However, on the other hand I do want to also give a compliment on another area, because I also ordered brownies as part of my birthday Pizza package the brownies were phenomenal. As good as homemade soft and moist. Usually I have always had a good experience with getting pizza from them. I think this is a one-time thing that has happened and I was very happy that I was given a credit for another one and that the manager that I spoke with was very nice and personable and I think that he handled the call well.

I thought i had sent my order in but cone to find out I hadn’t. It was passed pick up time. Don’t know the lady’s name but she was amazing! Took my order anyways, ni complaints and a smile thru the whole process. Highly appreciated!!

Probably the worst pizza I have ever (tried to eat) I think the box would have had more flavor than the crust. It really was flavorless. The toppings weren’t bad. There wasn’t much sauce to give it flavor. And I was shocked they actually charge for red pepper flakes……Won’t be eating this again..

Fast and friendly service. I got 2 large pizzas, one specialty and the other one sausage. The total was $28.88.

Papa John’s has always been my favorite pizza place. Sorry ( top competitor) but nobody out pizza’s the papa. I ordered the epic stuffed crust with extra cheese and extra sausage. Now I have epic stuffed belly. Delivered on time, hot and fresh.

ONE Star rating, Ordered a large pizza on March 29 about 8pm, for delivery to our room at Best Western Plus hotel. $24, surprisingly. (Did that include a delivery fee? I don’t know.)
They said 30 minutes but it took 45 and the pizza was barely warm and some of the cheese had not even melted. We were starving so we ate it, but never again.
It was mediocre at best, especially at the price.

Worse customer service I have dealt with in years. The Manager could care less about the customers or the quality of the food. They do not even answer phone in a pleasing manner and seemed annoyed I called to inquire about an order that has been out for delivery for an hour. Never apologized for the late pizza and genuinely did NOT care. Took an hour for the pizza to be delivered and it IS cold, even though the manager assured me it would not.
