Mesi,, Jasmine, Mariz and everyone that works there are incredible always remember everyone’s name very attentive very efficient. I get there every day approximately around 5:30 AM I love going there it’s relaxing atmosphere, even though everyone Very busy if they’re not making coffee they cleaning if they’re not cleaning, they are organizing. They’re always doing something.
As a business owner it’s nice to see that there is people that care.

Outstanding atmosphere just a nice quiet place to conduct your remote office business operation and enjoy the high sophisticate customer service. Please ask for Gabby she and all of team at Starbucks are able to give your excellent customer service. I ready enjoyed being her and having my zoom meeting and not being disturbed by anyone. As well as not distracting others when I’m conducting my meetings. They have a great rewards program if you join. Just registered online when you have a moment. I have been coming to this store for a long time and most of this team is great and I love them. This past week I was in the cafe and a barista named Mia was very rude to me. I had forgotten to ask for oatmilk in my drink so I politely asked across the bar if she didn’t mind making it with oatmilk instead. She rolled her eyes and said “I haven’t even gotten to your drink yet.” After I got my drink I then saw her making tiktoks while making drinks. Very unprofessional and disheartening. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was an Uber delivery but my sandwich was WRONG. (Not the driver’s fault!) I ordered a Double smoked bacon sandwich and instead got an impossible sausage and cheese sandwich. No egg. Just the fake sausage and cheese. I tried to eat it but it tasted like disappointment. Will not order from this location again.

I have been in this store for more than 15 years. Spent $ thousands on this store or more. Today I felt I was treated disrespectfully by their team member and the store manager. I did not know they had a 2-hour refill policy. I think the barista picked me up; maybe I am Asian. Also, the same guy messed up my order and refill this week (e.g. made the refill smaller even though I requested it within 2 hours).
The manager first did not say anything when I asked if I could refill, and they seemed to agree. I was there in the morning around 11 am and did the refill at 2 pm. I was also at the outdoor seating, not away from the store. The manager gave me the refilled coffee and used the chance to give me a lesson in person. She said she does not remember seeing me earlier today. I told her she can look at my cup. Actually, the manager made me the first purchase, and the iced coffee tasted like water!!! Then she told me the 2-hour policy. They can just refuse and say no when I ask. This way I felt not too good since a lot of people around me all heard what she told me. This is the worst Starbucks coffee I’ve had (still tasted like water) and will be the last one.
If I know the store did not welcome the refill. They should post the rules on the window. If the team still uses this way and picks some soft guys to enforce the policy, i think this is not an efficient way. I will not go again.

Your typical Starbucks ! The clientele varies from youngster to old folks. Two main entrance and located on the side of the road . Same smell of coffee and cocoa. Its usually fast service. Seats are usually taken by people on their computer with their beverage!
