Chicken mole negro that tasted like México. Apparently made by the patrona herself. I sat and stared into the sky as I savored every bite. It came with two chicken legs that were meaty and tender and delicious, arroz y frijoles pintos and five awesome tortillas.
Then I couldn’t help myself, and ordered two tacos: pastor con piña and pork belly. The pork belly came with an incredible mango salsa on top.
They were both so good that I had to order a ribeye taco. Glad I did, even though I was stuffed at that point. I loved it.
The whole experience was excellent. All the meats were top notch. The maracuya drink. The salsas. This truck is a must visit. To the staff, thank you. ❤️
